Swrvicio MUY DEFICIENTE en el restaurante, ya que el encargado con una actitud pésima, en 2 ocasiones ingerí alimentos, por la noche y la mañana y el Señor nada amable, 1 sola mesera en el desayuno y en la cena. Me tuve que levantar varias veces de la mesa para solocitar algo, cuchara, alimento, la cuenta, etc. Y esta persona solo decía desde su asiento, qué se le ofrece. Y en el spa, tambien muy mala atención.

Ten things wrong with the room before we checked in you think somebody would look at it before the customer arrives.The list is very long, simple things like a phone, working shower, working safe +++. Mexico City is known to have traffic issues but the location of this place makes it next to impossible even by the most experienced taxi driver.

The place was not clean. The towels and bed sheets hadn’t been washed — everything smelled like someone else’s sweat. It was disgusting This was my third visit, but unfortunately, it wasn’t pleasant this time. While the place was organized, it didn’t smell clean.
