This is an excellent place to stay. My room was rather an apartment, with kitchen and living room included. Very clean, and very silent. Breakfast was excellent as well. Unfortunately, it's not easy to reach
I have been twice in this hotel in the last 6 months; a little bit surprised when I saw so many bad reviews. Good location for business as it is near an area where some international banks have their offices. I also like that is relatively near nice restaurants area over Mazarik. The rooms are really big, fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, a living room, complementary water and a simile nespresso coffee maker. Big bathroom also with a shower, not having a bathtub. Beds and pillows have been very comfortable. Recently they sorted out the internet connectivity problems which was horrible some time ago. I have not seen cleaning issues, maybe I got refurnished rooms as they looked neat and few usage. The low point is the hotel restaurant, not even a simple hamburger they get right, and the view of some rooms is just inner streets.
The hotel is more like a motel. Very old building, the cleaning ladies did quite a good job, but after a couple of hours the furniture and my stuff were full of dust because of the carpet. The smell in the hotel was not bad but definitely not fresh. The hotel offers two sides of rooms, one side has 05:00am~07:00am wake up time for the military base next to it, hence, due to the distance, you get to wake up whether you like it or not.The other side, has construction of big building and you get to hear anything as its just 10m away. The glazing is single and wouldnt keep noise out at all. The service at the hotel is not bad, but you dont feel welcome there. Overall, this hotel is terrible for your health.
The location is convenient and the rooms are huge. Maybe they are trying to compensate the lack of higiene with extra space. My bathroom had spider nets and LOTS of hair from previous guests. Breakfast is also on the lower end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
This hotel has reallly big rooms, good beds, good shower pressure, but small TV´s to the big sized rooms that they have. It is located in an awkward part of town which is really convenient for business but no t for tourism.
I've been in Mexico many times, and I must say this is the coolest place I have stayed ever: 1) Service - Good specially the girl with the glasses. All I requested done fast. 2) Breakfast - the best ever, man. Specially the day they served Chicharron. They should serve that every day. 3) Location : 5 mins by taxi to Centro banamex - walking distance from Plaza Polanco (about 4-5 blocks) and from there several blocks to shopping centers which I dont remember thename ... Right across a CHDraui, 4) The room, well I dont know if that is call a room, my apartmente was a 2 bedrrom apartment with 3 washrooms, two beds in each room, kitchen, fridge, living room with tv in each room and living room. All new and clean... Unfortunately, I went for business, this apartment would be perfect for a family trip with kids and several people.
Rooms have full of necessary facilities. Rooms are big and clean. Sometimes my colleagues go to my room for drinking The daily keepers are very friendly and always smile to me every morning. The rêcptionists always help me if neccessary. The plus is that the hotel is in a good location (next to Polanco), which is very convenient.
Great business hotel near convention center. On site dining was reasonably priced and decent food. Rooms are massive and very well equipped. Staff was helpful and saved us a lot by booking us car service back to the airport.
I was travelling for pleasure and was impressed with St Isidros quality and location. It was a safe business area (although my companion and I did not venture out after hours and had breakfast in their dining area). A supermarket was about a 5-10 minute walk away and public transportation was accessible via a longer walk or a short bus ride away. Check in was relatively smooth, however the front desk clerks demeanour could use some work - he seemed bored - welcome to Mexico City, I suppose! The unit we check into had a full kitchen, was quiet and clean, and the larger washroom, full sized closets and comfortable couch, dining are and desk were appreciated. We made sandwiches for our long days of sightseeing and slept comfortably at night. I would recommend this property - it's nice to find a quiet safe and clean property in Mexico City.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the spacious suite right in the city center. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom were all in top condition, clean and updated to current style. Restaurant was empty so I got personal service. Breakfast buffet was lovely. No complaints
