I did not like the Property Transportation system. The Property is closed to outside transportation and Uber and taxi won't go in the property. You are obligated to get the hotel transportation which is 10 times more expensive than the other means

When we checked in, they have upgraded our room at no charge. The Spa is beautiful. Dining options are limited, however the hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. The concierge was enormously helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our trip.
