Sheraton Santa Fe, Mexico City

Stayed here for business, the hotel is nearby a lot of commercial places, restaurants and business buildings are walking distance. The room was surprising spacious and very modern room. The staff could be more friendly but it's ok. The brekfast is not the best I had in Mexico but is average. We had a working dinner with laptops at the bar and it wasnt the best mexican food, but it was good. The internet was one of the worst internet experience I ever had, so slow connection and sometimes just went out. So could say is a great hotel for staying but if you need a good connection you can walk to an Starbucks.

The service is great and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. It is definitely aligned with the Sheraton standards. The only bad thing about this hotel is the restaurant, not so good service and terrible food.

We have tried several hotels in Santa Fe and at this moment I have to tell you that this is the best !!! Their acomodations are one of the best. Their rooms are spacious and beautiful. I would only add a little table to the bathroom because they don't have where to put your clothes. The service is excellent !!! Even when their elevators were on maintenance you had to use their service elevators and they were perfecto. They have a very friendly staff. Would go back anytime !!!!

Choose this hotel since I was on a business trip and my office was close by. Stayed here for 5 nights. The first thing you notice is that room are very huge and comfortable. Was given complimentary premium internet and that helped a lot. This place is far away from the city centre and all the tourist spots - but ideal for business visit. I had half a day off and the hotel staff were kind enough to arrange for a short visit to the pyramids outside the city. Only improvement is that they can add some variety to breakfast menu. But overall good value.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for a fortnight in September 2016. The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly. I found our room dark, but apart from that it was very comfortable - big comfortable bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet - not a huge selection, but ok. The hotel has a small children's play area at the rear, which my children enjoyed.

I stayed there for a business trip. This hotel is farther from city and Reforma street, however it is in walking to distance to several high-tech companies. Traffic is horrible in MXN, if you are there for business and this hotel is in walking distance to the company, then just go with it. Rooms are very spacious, and clean. People working in breakfast area were really nice. The options for breakfast was really weak during weekends though. There are couple of restaurants and coffee places in walking distance.

If you like a room with lots of space this is the hotel for you. Big walk in closet, large area for the bed, full size couch, desk area. I loved this hotel. The Santa Fe area is very different from the rest of Mexico City but it is very nice and a relatively short drive to the center of town. I plan to stay here again.

I spent five nights in Santa Fe for business at the Microsoft building, and the Sheraton worked great for me. Lovely breakfast buffet, good exercise facility (but remember the elevation - you'll feel it!), and WiFi. Room was particularly spacious. The Microsoft building, as well as other multinational corporations, is just a few minutes walk away. There are some very nice restaurants nearby - within walking distance - and the restaurant attached to the Sheraton itself was quite good. We even ventured out one evening to walk to the big mall nearby, and I think we made it faster than if we had taken a taxi because of how bad traffic is. Whenever we called for an Uber - like for dinner in Polanco - it was just minutes away. The only small negative is that one of the two main elevators was under repair and not running, but they also opened up the two service elevators for guests to use, which worked out well. On my previous stay, I had stayed at the Marriott, which is also nice, but while on the map it looks like it is just across the street, which it is, it is actually a 10 minute walk away because of how the whole area is carved into a hill and how the roads and retaining walls work. So if your reason for staying in Santa Fe is a business located in the area where the Sheraton is (around Calle Guillermo Gonzalez Camarena), the Sheraton is a better choice than the Marriott or Westin. One other suggestion: it is unlikely you'll find a good running route, if you like to run - use the fitness center instead - there are just too many difficult intersections and sketchy sidewalks to lead to a pleasurable run.

Two big bed in the room not just the standard twin size like in other hotels, so this meant a very good sleeps. The room was that big a I can't describe it. It's was a business trip but one day if I go back to holiday I will book a room here.

The room is very large, composing of two beds, living room area and big closet room. The bath room is also reasonably nice, although there is no bathtub. The room is maintained in clean manner. Amenity is limited.
