Sheraton Santa Fe, Mexico City

If you need to stay in Santa Fe (CDMX), this is a great location. As a Sheraton, it's high caliber. The service (restaurant, front desk) was excellent. Great A/C. Free Wi-Fi and in-room safe. Good breakfast buffet. Great bed. Quiet room. I got a small suite for the cost that I would expect to pay for a regular room.

This is a great hotel in Mexico. The staff service is more than excellent. The included breakfast is pretty good and is available very early. The room is very comfortable with a great space. Excellent WiFi connection.

This hotel is on a walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are good size including a small living room and walking closet. One thing I didn't like is the Mexican restaurant on the premises. It does not belong to the hotel and does not accept credit card charges so you need to bring cash if you feel like eating tacos, etc or if you don't want to walk around to get a meal (arrived late and was hungry) I think there is an ATM machine nearby. No pool either but there is a gym.

This hotel is never a disappointment . The rooms are spacious , like a suite , where you can accommodate to work comfortable. You have a coffeemaker and complimentary coffee or tea bags . You have hairdryer and iron which are a must have when you have to be ready for business meetings after a long flight . The breakfast buffet is complete with fruit options , eggs , patisserie and a lot more . And something that is a great add on is that the room service menu is broad , the food is very good and the prices are affordable , si that is definitively an option for night or late workers

Check-In: - Forget to add to the room card the access of Lounge area; go back again - Forget to deliver the welcome gift; remind same person 2 days later still nothing happened Lounge: - Service good and nice snacks - Just only 1 person allowed cannot take another person Gym: - Does the job for a week - 1 of the running mile was not repaired during the week?!? Room: - Great size old skool style but all OK; no design blow thought Area around: - Plenty of Hotel choices - try something else Overall: because of check in service blows it only 2* instead of 4*

Stayed here for business, the hotel is nearby a lot of commercial places, restaurants and business buildings are walking distance. The room was surprising spacious and very modern room. The staff could be more friendly but it's ok. The brekfast is not the best I had in Mexico but is average. We had a working dinner with laptops at the bar and it wasnt the best mexican food, but it was good. The internet was one of the worst internet experience I ever had, so slow connection and sometimes just went out. So could say is a great hotel for staying but if you need a good connection you can walk to an Starbucks.

The service is great and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. It is definitely aligned with the Sheraton standards. The only bad thing about this hotel is the restaurant, not so good service and terrible food.

We have tried several hotels in Santa Fe and at this moment I have to tell you that this is the best !!! Their acomodations are one of the best. Their rooms are spacious and beautiful. I would only add a little table to the bathroom because they don't have where to put your clothes. The service is excellent !!! Even when their elevators were on maintenance you had to use their service elevators and they were perfecto. They have a very friendly staff. Would go back anytime !!!!

Choose this hotel since I was on a business trip and my office was close by. Stayed here for 5 nights. The first thing you notice is that room are very huge and comfortable. Was given complimentary premium internet and that helped a lot. This place is far away from the city centre and all the tourist spots - but ideal for business visit. I had half a day off and the hotel staff were kind enough to arrange for a short visit to the pyramids outside the city. Only improvement is that they can add some variety to breakfast menu. But overall good value.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for a fortnight in September 2016. The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly. I found our room dark, but apart from that it was very comfortable - big comfortable bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet - not a huge selection, but ok. The hotel has a small children's play area at the rear, which my children enjoyed.
