It used to be a quiet and good hotel, now it is worse than a cantina. Permanent Loud, Music And traffic in The lobby area and corridors. The restaurant has been reduced to Breakfast and the rest of the day is very poor in service and food.

Great stay at Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel! 🏨✨ Awesome location—easy to get around and lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was pretty clean, staff were super friendly, and the hotel felt safe with key card access to floors. Nice views too! Highly recommend if you’re visiting Mexico City. 🌆👍

This Sheraton is a business focused hotel. We were in Mexico City on a 4 day vacation, and found this hotel catering to business guests better than to vacationers. The check in took a long time.... we were 6 people deep with only 2 check in counter staff available. Had numerous issues with our shower and tub outlet blockage....the crew came out and were nice....spoke no english...so there was a lot of pantomime and hand gestures to explain our issue. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal de limpieza muy amable. Las habitaciones muy viejas, pequeñas les hace falta mantenimiento. Las cortinas no se pueden cerrar bien

Minor things that I would change/ fix but overall a good experience. I would stay here again. Loved the staff, location, service but a fridge/ microwave in the room would be nice. We did have a mini fridge that was stocked with goodies but we were never able to open it. We were also not able to watch tv until our last night there because we didn't have the correct remote and it was brought to us until our last night. Some minor wear and tear details inside the room but not a deal breaker. Overall, it was good value for our money. One of the nicer hotels in the area.

Worst stay I’ve had in CDMX

Staying at this hotel is a gamble, if you don’t get a renovated room the quality is disturbing. Unfortunately I was given an old musty room with filthy floors and no amenities like slippers (which were desperately needed). The air conditioning is very loud making it hard to sleep, and it doesn’t even work well. The coffee machine old and broken. The choice of art in the room was dark and disturbing scene of poverty and desperation. It created a very bad vibe in the room. I felt so uncomfortable here. Unfortunately the staff were not empathetic or helpful. I approached an employee at the front desk who wanted to charge me to move to a different room which was not acceptable to me. For the price I paid the other hotels in CDMX are so much nicer. Unsatisfied I returned a bit later asking to speak to a manager. The supervisor would not allow me to, and offered no further help. Very poor customer service representing the Sheraton brand.
