My stay was exelente I love your hotel gray people goo attention I will come back soon ...

Door lock was loose, towel rack broke, toilet was leaking water, and door latch was loose as well. Wall frame fell from wall. Hotel staff was notified of the condition of the room, some things were fixed others weren’t. I was told the hotel does not offer space heaters then 3 days later I find out that they do. I was mislead by hotel staff.

The parking is not included you have to pay around $8 dollars per day and the WiFi is not included neither it is as well around $8 dollars per day breakfast buffet is around $20 dollars per person I won’t recomend this hotel because it is too expensive to stay if the parking and the WiFi is not included in the room rate....

Great customer service and specially the concierges area. Unfortunately, this place did not have enough portable heaters.

Awesome!!! had a great time. Staff very friendly and courteous.

When i arrived the bathroom cieling fixtures were dripping water. I told the front desk i was told it’s humidufy. The next morning when i woke up. The bathroom. Floor was flooded with ice cold water and the cieling was broken from water. The water was cold and had an odor. I told the front desk. They offered a new room but i was checking out. I thought at least a voucher for a free night would of been nice. I asked. Was told no

Wonderful timely María Isabel and great service. Wonderful staff, very accommodating.

Nice, comfortable room/bed. Very clean. Poor water pressure (shower); Wifi was average. For the rate paid you'd expect breakfast and wifi to be included (they're not). Convenient location.

Recently as 11/11 I stayed in this hotel , where the first night of my staying there in the hotel lobby I am as offered the service if prostitution, I was told that the hotel security was aware of their services there, Not the right place to take your family on vacation, at least you are looking for prostitution services

I almost always choose this hotel when I go to Mexico City due to its super great location. Everything is within a walkable distance and there´s lots of security around. Reforma, the street where it´s located, happens to be one of the most beautiful in the world (it´s actually ranked that way).

We had a horrible experience at the Sheraton Maria Isabel. Upon arriving, they gave us a room which smelled like it was paint with spray can... and which hallways getting to the room smelled like mold and old wet cloth... we go down to the lobby to request a change of room and they were going to give us a room in the same area... I have asthma and I would have been with asthma attacks during my stay there... the solution was to pay 30 dollars more a night for a better room in the "new" area... I was so exhausted that we decided to pay that and call it a day... we get to the room, not too bad, comfortable, great view of El Angel de la Independencia so we figured it would be a great stay after all. well, it was not, concierge offer his assistance to let us down with not even trying to do his job (which we did) room service food came cold and not cook to the terms we requested, coffee machine did not work and they didn't / couldn't do anything about it and so on... to name a few...

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. Everything was fine but their rooms do NOT include WIFI which made everything very inconvenient!!

We expend most time out the hotel. But the people (worker),were very nice.

In Reforma Ave. Just in front of the "Angel". Hip on hip off bus stops just across the street.

Found blood all over room. In comforter, pillow casings, sheets and bathroom walls. Didn't even have manager call me to apologize nor offer a change room. All they did was clean it. I was too busy to make a fuzz about it. . Crazy... wow.

Wonderful place. Incredible service and a very warm staff

I honestly expected more of the Sheraton Maria Isabel due to its prime location right across from the world renown Angel de la Independencia monument. In my opinion, it's just an OK hotel which caters to tourists. Their staff really do go "the extra mile" to please guests, no doubt about it! The building itself is in pretty bad shape; it's pretty old with a touch of modernity here and there; the windows are beat up and the tiny pool was quite disappointing. Yet, the cleanliness is not questioned. They offer tour packages at reasonable prices. We took the one to the Teotihuacan pyramids. We chose to go on a private tour to feel safe and to learn more about the site. Disappointing, to say the least! The tour guide,+ Sr Gustavo Gomez, claimed to have worked there for nearly 30 years but all he did was to talk about his personal life; how lucky he has been for being so fit and attractive, and at one point, he got a phone call and told us it was his mistress!!! Very unprofessional! He also demanded that our kids would look at him and pay attention to his explanations but I think he lacked the expertise to talk to them. He lacked the vocabulary to engage them. The best thing was to get to Teotihuacan safely in a nice car but I would not recommend going with him.

Great service, good room, clean and neat. In the center of DF life. Saturday nights, and Sunday morning you can jog, walk or bike in the Reforma Ave, because is closed for sports activities. A lot of restaurants around Great stay

Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Comfortable bed, bathtub and a window that opens for fresh air. Very helpful English speaking staff. Starbucks located just outside the hotel.

Nice experience. well kept and great staff. Rooms are nice and confortable. Although in front of busy street, room was very quiet
