I would recommend this hotel for business and for pleasure

A solid hotel in southern Mexico City, close to shops and restaurants -- though mainly a place to stay if you are in the city for business and don't want a place in a neighborhood that is walkable.

Check in is at 3:00 pm, we got in at 2:30 pm and apparently they do not have early check in (Really?). We went to have lunch, came back after 4:00 pm and room is not ready unless I wanted to switch to one queen bed (requested 2-beds) or handicapped. We had to wait another 40 min. before we could finally get some rest. No one at front desk seem to know what is going on, if you need a towel for the pool you get it at the Spa, however if is Sunday and is closed no one could tell my husband where to get towels; perhaps most employees do not understand English very well however they would tell him "yes". (But it was same in Spanish!) If you don't return towels same day they harass you to get them back, minded they make you sign for them! Phone will only work to call front desk unless you provide them with an open voucher, so you can't even make local calls. Room price is advertised as "WiFi included" connection is very poor unless late at night or early in the am. One reason I choosed hotel was the 2 pools, so it was disappointing when we were NOT allowed in indoor pool with our 6y son (on a rainy day). Apparently they sell memberships for gym and indoor pool and children are not allowed at all, spite the fact we never saw anyone there. There was a bellboy that made up for rest of employees, Victor went above and beyond to help out and made a difference. Buffet in "Primavera" restaurant is amazing, outdoor pool is clean and heated, room very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is big, rooms are big and comfortable, they have a good restaurant. The hotel is located in the southern part of the city, not a great location for tourists as the big tourists attractions are not close by. If you need to stay around that area it's a great choice.

Much more than I expected, this hotel had excellent service: rooms, staff and access to taxis. I enjoyed the two pools and the workout room along with the restaurant.

Aire acondicionado deficiente. Teléfono no funcionaba.
