I stayed at this hotel in Polanco for a short solo trip, and it was a very convenient choice. The location is excellent—safe, walkable, and close to restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the noise level, which can be quite high, especially at night. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays, but for a short solo trip, it works well.

The property is in a good location but it’s an old building that has been renovated and they’re still working on it. You can find some disgusting stuff in the bedroom specially in the bathroom. It’s clean and The rooftop is amazing and the breakfast is delicious the staff are very friendly and very professional. Well it’s a good place considering the quality-price

The ladies at the front desk and Juanita at breakfast were phenomenal—their customer service truly goes above and beyond. We stayed in a suite-style room, which worked great, especially with the microwave and mini fridge (there was also a mini stove, though we didn’t use it). We were in Mexico City to run errands at the embassy, and the location was perfect—very walkable, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It’s also the area where I felt the safest. Highly recommended! Check-out is at noon, but they kindly stored our small bags until 3 pm, when we were picked up for departure.

On the positive side: Location is great. The breakfast was very good as well and the stuff really helpful. The small gym is a plus. The apartment was very spacious and the bedroom part was renovated. On the negative side: The kitchen and bathroom were old and some of the plumbing was not working properly. The kitchen was not equiped at all and I had to ask to get just a couple of plates. The wifi in the rooms was bad and disconnected quite often, so you have to get to the rooftop to get a call without interruptions.

The place is under renovations and everything is in the hallways. The paint on the walls is coming of or dirty. The shower door looks like is going to fall and water comes out leaving a pool of water in the bathroom. The place is well situated and quiet for Polanco near Masaryk. But until they finish the renovations I won't choose that place.
