Clean room, great staff (Spanish speaking). Only drawback is noise from freeway and walk to metro seemed quite long (12 minutes). Overall I did enjoy my stay.
Every thing is fine, but pillows need to be replaced because are hard.
For the price it is a very nice hotel,the staff is excellent, the room clean,spacious and quiet, the food in the hotel restaurant is good but the deserts are better,this hotel exceeded my expectations,but I didn't come to mexico city for the hotel but the city itself and I enjoyed it.
