Pros- 1)very good location (not in the tourist area but in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the metro and numerous restaurants);2) friendly, helpful staff (thank you Veronica , and the housekeeping staff was excellent);3) clean, modern spacious rooms with separate rooms for sleeping and living room;4) good value for the price; 5)gym was adequate Cons-1) noise from planes (on a flight path);2) not all the front staff speak English but they work very hard to accommodate your needs;3) breakfast selection was barely average;4) no A/C- which didn't matter to us but it might matter during the summer months Tip- no hesitation recommending this hotel

I hope I can return to Mexico City soon as the time passed by so quickly (still many places I want to know around here). This place is more than I expected in my booking. So central, I enjoyed the gym every single day, nice decoration inside the rooms, comfortable bed and lovely showers. Wifi signal was very good. All the staff were so helpful and kind, I must name the guys in the reception, specifically David Reyes who helped me to find a taxi to go to the airport. Nice kitchen and I could iron my clothes. They even let me storage my luggage for eight hours after the check out!! If I return to Mexico city must be to this place.

I hope to return to Mexico City soon, and when I do, it's very likely I will stay here again. There were several of us here for work for almost a month, so we got to know the hotel staff pretty well during our stay, especially Alfonso, who was always friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and light-filled, and the balcony with the plant wall beyond it made it feel very much like a resort. I love that there are plants in the rooms and on the balcony, as well. The gym had a great feel to it, with some free weights and several machines, as well as a wall of windows leading to a balcony, which adjoins the balcony leading to the breakfast room. The climate here is fantastic. The only downside is the mosquitos come out in the afternoon, so you can't leave the doors open all night, and there is no climate control in the rooms. If there were screens on the patio doors it would be perfect. The cleaning staff were also super helpful and friendly. The welcome we were given by Sofia and Alfonso made us feel as if our business was very much appreciated. There are many suites here with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen, so this is ideal for longer-term family and business stays. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, especially the taco stands at the market that happens at the adjacent park twice a week. We felt very much safe and at home here. Thanks for a terrific month, Sofia, Alfonso, and company! We hope to be back soon!

The reason why I will stay at this hotel again if visiting Mexico City again is that they really make you feel at home. Manager Alfonso is super kind and friendly, helping us a lot!! And the suite is very clean and quiet. Gracias!! 非常感激!!

First time in Mexico City and we meet the best operator manager Alfonso. He is so friendly, enthusiastic and always willing to help. The next time I come to Mexico city, I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Pros: I really liked the location of this hotel. The neighborhood was very safe. There was a beautiful park across the street which had a great jogging path. Also, the gym on the premises was perfect with fairly updated equipment. I liked the breakfast selections. The room was clean and large although paint was sagging from the ceiling in the shower. Nice to have a separate living area to watch TV and kitchen was a plus. The security personnel were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their double duty work as bell hop, doorman etc. There were many restaurants within walking distance and was a short walk to the WTC mall. Cons: I did not like the horrible smell of natural gas in the room. Even the housekeeper left the glass doors open to vent the room (I assume). One night I could hear planes taking off all night. Also, I wish the front desk people could communicate in English.

It´s a good hotel for business trips. The room, restaurant services, atmosphere and the hotel in general are operating well. The front desk personnel represented by Alfonso and another receptionists are always very attentive, caring, friendly, well organized, have all our confidence and are available any time.

Myself and my husband stayed at Pennsylvania Suites for 3 nights. We ended up arriving very early in the morning while it was still dark out and at first impressions we thought the taxi driver had brought us to the wrong area. From the outside at that time there was nothing to tell it was an accommodation building and we were at bit apprehensive. But by the time we woke up and had a stroll we realised it was a lovely area. We had a corner suite which was gorgeous. Lovely and spacious. With all the amenities you could need (except for washer/dryer) One thing I didn't like was that the cleaner came the first day and took some rubbish in the bins but didn't make the bed or leave us fresh towels and we were not sure if it was because we didn't leave a tip in the envelope that was left with her name on it. I would usually leave at tip at the end of our stay and have never seen that before. But apart from that we had a really great and comfortable stay.

The suites are clean, confortable and spacious with a nice simple touch. It's a bit noisy place at night {airplanes & clubs}. Breakfast could easily improve. they wanted to charge a very expensive early check in for 2:30 hours si we went for brunch instead. Very well located. I'll be back.

Loved this place and the staff. So comfortable and clean. Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with our friends. Walking distance to many restaurants supermarket coffee shops and the park. It’s a nice distance from the crowds but not too far.
