    Misled (at best). Deceived (at worst).

    Use care when booking here. I booked a two bedroom apartment (based on confirmation and listing photos). Upon arrival was given one bedroom apartment with one bed. No offer to reduce rate or other accommodation was made. Could have been a big problem, but fortunately not much of an issue for me. The building is newer with elevator (a help as I stayed on the top floor of the five story building). Location is on a one-block street tucked behind busy Reforma Avenue and next to Niza. Is a good location if you need to be near businesses, restaurants, and clubs. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as you will hear noise from the bar across the street as well as street noise. The building is secured with double locked gates and has full time doorman. Staff was friendly.

    Ubicación céntrica, la infraestructura relativamente moderna, limpieza mehh podría mejorar pero lo que si es demasiado excesivo es el ruido ya que al frente hay bares y amanecen con música incluso altas horas de la madrugada ojo con ese detalle.

    Me volvería a hospedar, sin duda.

    La habitación fue muy cómoda y todo estaba perfecto, está muy bien equipada. Algo de lo cual teníamos duda era el agua caliente pues no se menciona pero si hay. La ubicación es muy buena, encuentras el metrobus a escasos metros y está muy cerca de plazas, bares, restaurantes, el ángel de la independencia, etc. Algo a mencionar es que nos quedamos 4 noches y en ningún momento nos fueron a limpiar y no nos dieron papel de baño, aún cuando lo pedimos y le recordamos a la chica de recepción, sin embargo los demás servicios estuvieron perfectos.

    Excelente ubicación para recorrer Reforma, ir al auditorio, restaurantes, etc. Muy limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Buen precio. Solo estar preparado para desvelarte un poco, pues hay mucho ruido en la noche.

    Al principio todo bien pero en la noche hay mucho ruido me tocó una suite con dos habitaciones y una daba a la calle donde se escuchaba mucho ruido y en la otra se empezó a escuchar un ruido fuerte como de una bomba de agua o algo similar y además nos salió una cucarachota en uno de los baños, la ubicación es muy buena.
