Excellent customer service by the front desk. They made our stay very pleasant and they were very attentive. We had a bad experience at another hotel outside of CDMX and when we we arrived at One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda it was amazing to be greeted by our name. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers. Thank you for making us feel like at home.

I am glad I stayed here. The location is so convenient, close to metro and bus stations. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is just 3 minutes walk away. There is a door man 24/7. I feel completely safe. There are plenty of restaurant options just one block away. Would totally come back again.

The hotel makes its best to keep it clean, but there are many drug addicts around the property and it makes it feel unsafe and dirty. The food is good, everything came out as expected

The breakfast area is just in main entrance, which was open all time, and the smell of smog was terrible. The rooms were very small, and when I asked for 2 additional pillows, the front desk people said that they don't leave in the room, so if I need I have to pick up by mayself....

No frills and affordable. Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was actually really really good. Chilaquiles and eggs and meat along with yogurt and fresh OJ! The room was tiny, and I bonked my head a few times on the wall TV. One of the lights was also not working. But the shower worked fine and the service was excellent.
