PRO: The room is clean and new. It has proper amenities and it is quiet from outside street noise. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Staff are courteous. Breakfast has a good variety of options. CON: Hotel room is very small and the configuration is not meant for a family. The shower/toilet (bathroom) is open to the room. Not much provacy if you're travelling with older kids/teens. Also the sliding doors to both the shower and the toilet kept sliding open.

The room had multiple issues that should never occur in a hotel that receives paying guests, especially not all in the same stay .The combination of water leaks, lack of proper air conditioning, and finding a bug in the towels reflected a serious lack of maintenance and quality control
