Easy check in and out. Location is superb. So close to public transportation, walking distance to Historico Central Plaza. Pretty safe location too. Breakfast buffet is ok. Overall I will stay here again when I visit Mexico next time. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

My room was clean, quiet and sunny. There was a work desk, with table light and above the desk were electrical outlets and a USB C outlet that provides fast charging for a smartphone. The in-room safe was big enough to store a 16-inch laptop, so my 13-in one fit with plenty of space still. The location was perfect for me as the hotel is very near 2 metro lines and the MetroBus 4(Sur) bus stop. Staying here was a great way for me to explore the Centro Histórico from Alameda (west) to Santísima Trinidad (east), Republica de Venezuela (north) to Izazaga (south). I felt safe walking about in the daytime. This Novotel is a very good 4-star property.
