I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it didn't disappoint! What a great place it is, and the service was exceptional. My mom was traveling by herself so I booked a smaller room for 2 persons. When she arrived with my brother, the room was a bit small for two but the hotel offered a free-upgrade to a larger room closer to the ground level so she didn't have to go up the stairs that much. They helped them with the luggage, were super attentive, and even gave them great food suggestions. They loved the place, the free candy, coffe and pastries, and the lovely staff. Big thanks and it's definitely going to be our spot every time we travel to Mexico City. Recommended to everyone!

Great location, very hospitable staff, free bread and drinks (water, tea, coffee, Gatorade, Coke), Mezcal tasting bar, nice rooftop, surprise goodbye gifts upon check out! Only con is the layout of the specific room we booked (the cheapest one)— we had no windows and the only outlets were on the other side of the room from the bed which was inconvenient. But definitely not a dealbreaker, and we would 100% stay again!

Nana Vida Mexico City is a great hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The courtyard was nice for morning coffee. But the staff is the real highlight. They are so helpful and nice.

Hotel was in a good location, clean, and staff were very helpful. The hotel seems to be located directly above a noisy bar. We stayed for a week and could hear loud music until midnight or 2:00 a.m. every night. The hotel is aware of this an provides noise machines and earplugs in room. Next time I would avoid the noise and stay somewhere else.

The #1 place to stay in CDMX for visitors!

I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first visit to CDMX. NaNa Vida is located on a welcoming street in Roma Norte district ans you have coffee shops, bars and eateries on the doorstep (literally). The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Roma, Condesa, Centro Histórico and beyond. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained; the rooms have a rustic feel but are super fresh and I loved the size of my walk-in shower. The team couldn’t do more for you, always asking if you would like a drink when you pass reception and offering recommendations about what to do, see and eat. I am sad I didn’t have more time to enjoy the wonderful rooftop azotea on this occasion! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay somewhere safe, clean and fashionable in Mexico City. Mil gracias equipo…¡hasta la próxima!
