The Hotel did not meet my expectations on some basic levels 1. Hot water runs out after 30 seconds 2. The sliding window leading to the balcony has no working latch, 3. The balconies are not separated from the next door balcony by any barriers therefore someone can easily go into your room. The sliding door has no latch therefore no security. My neighbors were dicey looking people. The Fix: A stick on the rail so the door does not slide. 4. The door is small for the doorframe, Ton of light comes in and the gap is big enough to put your fingers through. 5. Do not buy the prepaid breakfast. a RIPOFF! 6. Locatios is ULTRA Noisy especially at night as there are nightclubs all around and the noise reaches every room. 7. There are restaurants behind the hotel, if you leave a window open your room will smell like carne asada. Nice rooms but the negatives outweigh the positives for me to ever stay again.

Great location the hotel was very nice only complain me and my wife had a small bed but we have it changed without problem Breakfast was extra but it worth it

I enjoyed very much my stay in this hotel. The location is excellent and the meat too.

Room was not comfortable at all. needs better cleaning, and the room temperatura did not work NS COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO FIX IT.

Location is very convenient, close to everything. The bed was very hard. Staff were friendly. Good for the price. No currency exchange at the hotel.

I was in a medical visit so I had to go to 3 diferent hospitals in Mexico city and the area is equidistant from the 3 a 15-20 minute taxi ride so is a great location eventhough the zona rosa is not as glamourous as it used to be is coming back and close to everything. The hotel instalations are some of the best for the price and the rooms were basic but very confortable with a very spacious bathroom and enough amenities, free cofe and very well and trhoughfully cleaned.

I took my family and they didn't have the correct room as such I was given suite in the 14th floor. The suite was great and it had 2 bathrooms which was excellent. The staff was very attentive and always on the look out for anything that I needed. The only issued I had was that I had to pay extra for parking. Be careful if you are planning on taking your car. Additionally, taking the car out of the parking lot was a hassle. It took the staff sometimes up to 30 minutes to take the car out of the parking lot. Other than the car issue, the hotel was great, its in a great location in the heart of the "Zona Rosa" pink zone and its walking distance to "paseo reforma".

It is a very simple clean down to earth hotel. Bathrooms are outdated but clean. Rooms are clean. Only STRONG CON is that everyday room was cleaned after 5:00 p.m. It did upset me but there was nothing I could do. This was every day. Apparently you need to call in the minute you walk out to ask them to clean the room inmediately. DO ASK for a room on the 15th floor.

The first room they gave to me was small, look old,no balcony...very business room type, and the bath tube have hair in,so I went downstair to complain and ask for an other room, then after apologize they give to me a large 1 bedroom, nice view, new and very clean.i will raccomand to request the best room available.

The NH hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the Zona Rosa, but only two blocks to the Insurgentes metro station. The front desk staff is attentive and the lobby is large, bright, and busy. My room was on the top floor and the view was great. The rooms on the southern side get the sun shining in all day which could roast a person, if the curtains were left open. A few minor flaws, easily fixable: the room has no clock, there is shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom, and there is no ice bucket or free ice in the hallway, like in other hotels. The plus: there is a decent gym with an amazing city view, and a swimming pool. The beds were harder than I would expect, but the appearance of the room, the quality of the furnishings, the comfortable lobby with a bar and complementary water, made this a perfect place to entertain guests. There is forced air ventilation with a thermostat (a/c) which can be dry.

I spent few days in the hotel with a nice experience, they provide all kind of services included visit to the different monuments, rental car etc...

My only complaint was the wifi service on the 7th floor. Repairs were being made, and I got kicked off about 25 times in 3 days. Had to use lobby wifi on serveral occasions.

The staff in this hotel lack customer service skills and are not very friendly nor eager to help! They have tons of security guards that do absolutely nothing but stand around the entire day and yet have limited staff at the front desk/reception area. We had to wait nearly an hour to have someone come and assist us with our luggage when we were ready to leave. This hotel charges an arm and a leg for parking!

Overall the hotel is ok, not more than that. Staff is very nice. The internet is very spotty, depending on where your room is it works very poorly. I had to extend my stay in Mexico for 2 extra nights and I moved to another hotel. If it wasn't pre-paid I would have moved earlier...

Overall the Hotel was nice and well kept. Everything worked and there were plenty of people to serve you. Two things i did not care for were the beds which were very stiff and appeared to be bought for mileage rather than comfort. The other was the internet service which was poor. What I did like was the restaurant near the theater on the ground floor of the hotel and the taxi service with nice cars and nice people.

The hotel is located in a super safe area, and you can actually go out side and have a drink at night. The room is so clean, and there are nice people working. While we stayed in the hotel, we felt little bit cool during night time, because it was at the end of November, also there was no control to heat up the room (of course?) . Otherwise, I can highly recommend this hotel as one of the best choice to stay in Mexico City.

Bedding was atrocious. Paint peeling off the bath tub. Wireless didn't work. Only positve I can offer, The staff was very nice.

The NH Mexico City provided good accomodations for a first time visit. The hotel service staff was very courteous and bi-lingual. The room was comfortable and maintained well by housekeeping during a 3-day visit. The NH had a theatre amenity which accentuates a major city feel.

They charge all kind of service, as parking, internet, water at your Room, etc.

I did really enjoy the hotel, it was clean and nice.
