Marquis Reforma Hotel Spa

4.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

I stayed at the Marquis Reforma with a group of 16 friends. Everyone was very impressed at the value of the hotel-- there were so many lovely amenities and the price was still very reasonable. The hotel staff was very helpful, the spa facilities are so relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, they have twice a day turn down service. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Additionally it is located in a very safe, walkable area of Mexico city with many nearby bars, restaurants, and attractions. I highly recommend the Marquis Reforma Hotel and Spa.

The hotel is old but in excellent conditions. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is located in Paseo de La forma which is a very nice avenue with toons of restaurants and bars. It is close to national museum of anthropology, Chapultepec castle and Paseo de la reforma 222 (Shopping Center).

Stayed at the Marquis Reforma as a member of a party of five (5) couples from 14-17 April 2017. This hotel has it all. Fantastic updated amenities, superior restaurants, clean and spacious rooms, nestled in a quiet and safe area with a supporting staff that is second to none in attentiveness, professionalism and commitment to customer service. Our room had a great view, breakfast was first class and we safely walked to Chapultepec Park and Angel de la Independecia. I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City prior to this last trip. The Marquis Reforma provided my most pleasant hotel experience in my 16 years of traveling to Mexico City. Thank you!

Staff is very helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay

Nobody in the reception could tell me how to connect to Wi-Fi, it took over one hour, and they even laughing told me to cross the road to reforma where there is free Wi-Fi

Excellent staff, great location, big thumbs up!!!!

Staff/personnel were professional, efficient and helpful. We would definite stay here again!

It is our first and only choice when we are in Mexico City. Outstanding quality of service, you get much more than what you pay for. The rooms are very spacious. The SPA is excellent. One of the best hotels I stayed at.

We are a family of four and we had a three night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful. My kids loved it. If/when we return to D.F, we will definitely stay here. I loved the spa. The only negative was that the pool is for adults only, my kids were looking forward to swimming. But, since we had free wifi, they were happy being able to use the Ipads. The hotel was very clean, the service was great, we were all very pleased!

Nice hotel. Air con didn't function, so they sent a guy up who played around with the vent. Couldn't sleep it was so hot. Also, they charge for every device you want wifi on and even charge for a swim in the pool; $20.

A great hotel in a beautiful location, the only reason why I provide a 4 star review its due despite the famous restaurants in the hotel I was expecting better food, not saying its bad but was a bit plain and dissapointing, other than that the hotel its great

First time in Mexico City. Hotel is located within walking distance of shopping, dining, attractions and everything imaginable. Nice hotel with good amenities. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

You really can't ask for anything more. A beautifully kept hotel with extremely kind staff and in a gorgeous area of Mexico City. And, on top of that, you have excellent dining options right there in the building and the rooms are impeccable. My wife and I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good location. Decent restaurants inside the hotel, but great ones in the area. For the price internet should be free, instead it's $18 per day.

Excellent hotel everybody are friendly , mear of the best in Mexico City

Excellent location , the rooms are very comfortable ten people very friendly Is an excellent decision to reserve this hotel

We reserved a jr suite, the wi-fi and parking free included that was pointed at the reservation were not respected at our stay, yet the room was fabulous, too comfortable, it was big, we asked for breakfast and the in-room service staff, the food and presentation was great, I could say elegant, I'd recommend that staff remark what is really included once you get to the hotel.

The arrival with valet parking was very easy. Checked in three hours early, and they had a suite available. The room was beautiful and roomy with a wonderful three room layout. All of the major attractions are within walking distance and the area felt very safe in the evening. The security was as good as any hotel that I have stayed at anywhere in the world. We have stayed at two of the five star hotels near by, and this hotel provided twice the value.

Very good location and helpful staff with confortable rooms.

It was walking distance from the best museums and mayor atteactions, hotel was spacious, largue tomos what you really apreciate
