Departamento de lujo con dos niveles, cuenta con acceso automático, una recámara con balcón con vista y un sofá cama.

Tiene acabados de lujo, está frente al parque España, ubicado en la mejor zona de la condesa en la CDMX, la recámara principal tiene un baño completo y vestidor espectacular y la estancia cuenta con un medio baño.

El edificio tiene un roof con alberca, snack bar, asadores, gym y camastros para que pases unas vacaciones extraordinarias en el corazón de la condesa.

En el primer nivel, encontrarás cocina equipada con área de lavado y alacenas, un medio baño que da servicio a la estancia, frente a la cocina están el comedor y la sala con vista al parque España y a la derecha de la sala un bar con pantalla y máquina de palomitas. También cuentas con una bocina Bose en la sala para conectar tu dispositivo y escuchar musica con una gran calidad de audio.

En el segundo nivel, cuenta con una sola recámara que tiene una cama king size y un sofá cama individual excelente para un tercer invitad@ o niños.

Un balcón con dos sillas y una mesa para disfrutar de un té o café con vista al parque y a la naturaleza.

Las ventanas son herméticas por lo que no escucharás prácticamente nada del exterior al cerrarlas.

Cuentas con cortinas automáticas y un baño vestidor espectacular.

Perfect. My wife and I stayed for over a week so that we could both work remotely from CDMX and play on the weekends. This space was an absolute dream. She and I were able to take calls in separate spaces without issue, walk to get lunch, and then get the best meals at night. The kitchen gave us just what we needed ... a lovely cup of coffee in the morning and the opportunity to reheat pastries from the local bakery. We left the adventure to the restaurants with stars! Couldn't recommend this enough and hope to return again in the future!!
