All rooms have a small kitchen and a large bed. One of the things I liked most is the wood floors (not carpet) and the fact that many housemaids will open the windows for a while before cleaning the rooms. For many months, I spent nearly all week here. Breakfast is good, room service is decent (limited), they did not mind when one ordered food and staff is VERY helpful

My two friends and I booked a 3 night stay for a Girls Trip and reserved a suite with two bedrooms, one bed on each. I emailed one of the managers, Antonio, in advance, to ask for third bed on the living room. He kindly agreed and made sure everything was ready upon our arrival. He was very helpful answering my questions thru emails and also in person when we arrived. All the staff was amazing. The hotel is small because it doesn't have a lot of room, but the lobby and the suites feel really spacious. Its modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Plus, everybody is very kind. Excelent customer service. And the breakfast buffet, which was included in our price, was very well set up: fresh fruit, good coffee, eggs, refried beans, dairy, juices, cheese and a delicious selection of freshly made bread. The banana one was may favorite!! I highly recommend Las Suites.

The location is great and the room is cleaned. But the overhall experience we had there was not very nice: breakfast was very désappointing (and at the end we did not dare to have food there as my partner was sick...), it can be noisy during the night and also the pool area was out of service (was the main reason why we picked up this place). there are many nice hotels in the Polanco area so for this price, I would recommend to pick another one.

The hotel is in Polanco. Which is one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. It's really well located if you are here for sightseeing or business. The facilities are great and have everything you might need. I am here with my 2 year old and everyone has been super helpful. I would definitely come back.

I have stayed at Las Suites five times now for business trips to Mexico City. Two of those trips were for two weeks. I really like the space in the rooms, also having the microwave, sink and refrigerator (with freezer). The balcony is very nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. I also like the rain-style shower head in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I do speak enough Spanish to get by, but most of the staff here speaks decent English. The only ding I would give the place is food. The morning breakfast buffet if good. Nice variety, hot dishes, fruit, nice cold cut selection including smoked salmon. But lunch / dinner is meh. There is a really good chicken soup on the menu, but most things are just meh. And sometimes I would like to get back to the room after a long day in the office and have a drink - but no alcohol here.

I spent three days in Mexico City. I've booked a Suite room and It was really comfortable, with availability of kitchenette and espresso machine available. Nice bathroom and good daily housekeeping. Good assortment for breakfast, the restaurant has a small menu. Main streets are close to the hotel, in few minutes you can find nice restaurants and shopping places.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very well connected. Rooms very clean and spacious. The included breakfast has lots of variety and extensive opening hours. Water and coffee service also included.

It is a very nice hotel which was close to our office. In fact it was the closest one. The room was ample, clean, etc equipped with microwave, refrigerator, etc which I did not use. The restroom however, was ridiculously small. Also it was noisy: nearby rooms, street noise and even planes approaching the airport. Breakfast was good. WiFi is very fast. I think you can get similar but cheaper hotels in the Polanco and Reforma area.

My wife and I spent a week in Mexico City in January, 2017 and stayed here at the suggestion of friends. It was an excellent experience. The hotel is relatively compact so there are no bustling crowds to contend with. Our room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we might need, including very reliable free wifi service.. A delicious buffet breakfast was included and other tasty meals were available in the dining room if we wanted to stay in, which we did one night. The Polanco neighborhood is among the City's finest with great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. the staff--especially Adrienne--was courteous and helpful.

This hotel has great location right on the border of Polanco. The area is upscale and many upscale stores, 7-11, easy access to Freeways . Breakfast is included and nice variety of foods. Uber is cheap and easy to use. Stay in Tower 2, in split level suite , 850 sq ft.(80 sq m2). I suggest HOTEL TONIGHT APP as website was $250US A NITE, n got $138/nt on app.
