The staff goes above and beyond always attentive, kind, and eager to help with any request. The hotel itself is beautiful stylish yet cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Small, intimate, few frills but super modern and clean. Trendy in a laid back kind of way. No AC but giant fan and huge openable door length windows - so no need. Room wasn’t huge but didn’t feel small. Perfect size. Warm staff. And above all: location. Location. Location. La Condesa. Quiet side street near everything. Great tacos up the block. Bars nearby. Saint bakery around the corner. Ámsterdam Ave and the parks - less than 5 min walk. Such a small hotel overall: would be perfect to take over for a large family gathering or bunch of friends (Downside, if it matters: 3 floors but no elevator).

We had a lovely time at Casa Luciana! Great location, easy to walk to restaurants in La Condessa and Roma. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was delightful. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Service was excellent, staff was super friendly, and free breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was missing certain amenities like a mini fridge, robes and slippers which might have made our stay slightly more comfortable but not a dealbreaker.

Nice choice

Avery modern hotel with a lovely ambience. Luisa was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed the breakfasts. The lack of lighting on the stairs to our room was scary walking up and down. The shower was a bit funky too with it spraying everywhere and with a hard spray. But for a 5 day stay it was safe and upgraded and in a good location.

The location of this hotel is great. Easy access to all things condesa has to offer. I do struggle to find the value in the cost of this hotel. It is a beautifully decorated hotel, but lacked some luxurious amenities for the cost. First, it's very loud, the building is not soundproof at all, you can hear everything outside and inside and with no AC it's hard to keep windows shut. Second, check in and checkout is confusing. There was no one onsite that spoke English which made communication difficult. The room was dusty, had ring stains on the tables, and mold in the shower. The shower fan also leaked ice cold water that dripped on you while showering. I think the place is fine for a place to stay, but at this price point we were disappointed. The staff seemed nice during the little interactions, and we appreciated the daily room service/new towels. I imagine there are similar properties nearby at a much more affordable price point.

Overall, it was a nice clean, property. The surrounding area feels very safe and walkable, and check-in was easy. Poor rating due to water not working and lack of communication on the matter by staff.
