A perfect place to stay while visiting Mexico City. Awesome location, rooms are great, with a nice shared patio space to enjoy. Clean, well equipped. The staff were so lovely, Eumir in particular was very attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and see if we needed anything. 10/10 experience.

Overall, my experience with Lasai was great. The place was very clean and located in a safe, quiet area. There’s some room for improvement—specifically, having air conditioning and better water temperature control in the shower. While hot water is available, the temperature fluctuates quickly from hot to very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

The room was clean and it was really helpful to have an oscillating fan to keep the bedroom comfortable. The neighborhood is great and the hotel is 3 blocks away from Rosetta, one of the best coffee shops/bakeries in the area. Amie and Mary did a great job, and Eumir was lovely and helpful.

My partner and I had a great 10 day stay thanks to the whole team: our host Eumir who communicated with us prior to and following our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, the housekeepers Mary, Montse and especially Aime who did a great job for our scheduled weekly room cleaning. Also shoutout to Pedro from maintenance and the security guards Lulú and Paola who greeted us with a smile at all hours of the day whether we were leaving early for tours or coming back late from events. The property is located in a quiet part of Roma Norte where we always felt safe and the overall value for the space, quality and location are very hard to beat.

My stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was amazing. The location was about 18 minutes from the airport and was super accessible to public transportation (5 min walk to Sevilla train station), across the street from a gym, and in close range to a circle K, 7-eleven, Oxxo, and many dining options (variety of price ranges). The building itself is beautiful (colonial style building, big open windows which let in plenty of fresh air, lush trees open terrace, and high ceilings) and I felt very safe during my stay. The staff were very hospitable and were always making sure I had what I needed. I stayed a total of 6 nights, and I would definitely book my stay with them again!

Lasai is a beautiful property. I loved the several balconies the property offered. Room was great, clean and spacious. Everyone was very welcoming. I loved that there were restaurants, cafes and bars at a walkable distance. I felt very safe in the area. Can’t wait to come back to CDMX.

This was a great place to stay. The location is fantastic and the room was even better than the pictures. The staff was very helpful, especially Eumir. He was very kind and showed me everything once i arrived and checked on me to see if there was anything else he could do for me. This is a great place to stay in Roma Norte. There is a terrific Argentinian restaurant literally around the corner, which is great if you eat meat (I don't, but they also have great pasta options). Just as importantly, this is a place that is within a walk-able crossroads. You can walk to Chapultepec park (and the Anthropology Museum) or you can spend the day walking around Roma or Condesa. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They are terrific.
