Great stay for the price! The room was pretty clean, great water pressure, and friendly staff! The only bad thing was that our floor was dirty when we arrived. I asked for the floors to be cleaned while we were out but it seemed no one came by to clean. On the good side the room has a washer dryer (just be careful with the dryer one of the settings takes 7 hours to dry lol and it stays locked). The hotel is well located, very close to all the trendy spots!

We stayed at the 2 bdrm unit and it was perfect. It has a washer/dryer. Great gym also. Staff is friendly and polite. Location is perfect. Close to cafes and restaurants. I would stay here again! Much better than chain hotels.

Wonderful stay here. Rooms were spacious for two adults and clean. Location is excellent. As others have noted, can be loud at night especially if the room is facing the street, so using ear plugs was necessary for us.

No issues with check in. The room was nice and had everything that I need for a couple of days. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Gym was convenient, but needed to be cleaned, but was fine for a few days. Rooftop had a great view.

Great place, near lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, a bit noisy but nothing to complain. Nespresso machine in in the room plus fridge, great accommodation and very nice personnel.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay. We did not have any noise issues from the street, however the walls are very thin so heard others coming and going constantly. The bathroom was very, very small and had a sewage smell at night, almost every night. Great location, A/C worked great. The check-in process was easy enough and we arrived before our room was ready and were able to easily store luggage with the security guard.

So perfect for solo travel. My room was clean and had everything I needed for one person. Air conditioning worked, front desk staff is amazing and there’s a coffee shop directly downstairs. Property also has espresso machines in the room and in the lobby. Loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants. Rooftop has 360 views of the city and also has grills and tables. There’s a really well equipped gym up there Not located by any nightclubs so it was quiet at night, something that was a big factor for me while looking for places to stay since I’m a really light sleeper. 100% would stay again.

Check in was uncomfortable as we had to video chat with a remote concierge, which kept disconnecting, only to receive the same information we had already gotten via email. The concierge then asked us to recite our room code in the public lobby, which made us feel unsafe. Despite this, our stay was pleasant.

Second time back to this KUKUN property. Staff is always friendly and communication is seamless. The space is extremely clean, neutral of any sort of odors. I was staying in a room with a view to the front entrance. It had plenty of sun from the main street on Tonala. Near by lots of nightlife roughly around two blocks away plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The only drawback is they are missing full length mirrors. Outside of it great place to stay at.

I love the room. I love the location and the staff was excellent. This is the perfect location very safe and very walkable. A very beautiful part of town. Would definitely book here again next time.

Great location. Apartment had everything that was needed and was comfortable. While there was security 24 hours a day if you do not speak Spanish there is no one to help with questions or provide assistance.

I messaged the host twice before my arrival to request the check in information because they hadn’t sent it. They finally sent it just a couple hours before I arrived and I didn’t get it until I arrived to check in and security asked me for the access codes. The location was great and central, walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The security and attendants in the lobby were always pleasant to interact with. The building and condo itself were nice but the room needs a major clean. So much dust and dirt in the room and bathroom, the floors are disgustingly dirty, my feet were dirty coming out of the shower and white socks turned black. Hair found on the bed and in other areas, also was blood on a pillow case. This is disgusting and appalling.
