Great staff nice hotel wish the restaurant had more of a variety of food. The last night we were staying people next door were screaming their heads off but besides that I do recommend this hotel it's nice and elegant and free shuttle to the airport

I would recommend this hotel to my friend clean, nice good food

Great restaurant. Very quiet rooms. Staff was kind, interested in answering any questions and effocieny.

It was a hotel far from the airport in a dangerous location and the room was very noisy and cold. Also the wifi was so weak in my room that most of the time couldn't use it.

Where to start! Best hotel we have ever stayed at . Bed was beyond comfortable. Excellent price. stayed one night only due to location and red eye flight. Wish this hotel was in Reforma or downtown.

amenities are very updated and clean, room service excellent , excellent staff

All facilities fine, clean etc. BUT despite its name, this hotel is NOT very near the airport. Depending on the time of day it takes 15-20 minutes to get there, and their shuttle only runs once an hour. Also they are only a block away from a big car racing track, and on race days the traffic can be awful. I won't stay here again.

Great location, great staff, comfortable beds, overall a very pleasant experience will definitely stay here again without hesitation !

everyone was night, food trips right in front also a walmart

This hotel is a former double tree and unfortunately the new staff is disorganized and lacking in follow up. Hotel is 20-30 minutes AWAY from the airport. Lost my reservation. Had to call them back after they said they would call me back. Went to the wrong terminal to pick us up. Coffee maker didn't work so I asked for a replacement and the clerk said they would do it immediately that morning but didn't. Had to call the desk at 7 pm to get the room made up and coffee maker replaced. Restaurant food is adequate but staff is lacking in good service protocol. Have stayed at the Krystal Grand Reforma (same management) and that hotel is excellent but this one is struggling. Price was very good but honestly won't stay here again. One of the beds was like a spoon with a dip in the middle so we had a tough time sleeping.

I like this hotel for its cleanliness and location. The staff is great. I didn't try the food, but it was busy.

If traffic, it could take 45 minutes to get to the airport

The hotel is ok, the restaurant is good, however, I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay IN the airport, not 15 minutes away from it. The hotel name is misleading. They take you in a shuttle to the hotel and the service is good.

The distance from the airport was different from hat shows on your web site. According to the driver it was about 15 miles which in this area of high traffic is a problem for an hotel "close to the airport"

As a single woman traveler the area is not good a...late pick up from airport. Price and service was good

No airport pickup...3 phone calls, each time they say heavy traffic, on the way. After waiting 2+ hrs I went to the Ramada Inn therefore paying for 2 hotel rooms as the first hotel had already deducted from my credit card. Very, very disappointed

room ok.
