Hotel is in a decent area. The family suite rooms are nice and a good size.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly. The location is great - close to restaurants and shopping

Nice hotel. Rude staff. Extremely poor WiFi signal.

Nice hotel near several public transportation. Not that close, but manageable.

The hotel is nice and clean and the food at the restaurant is very good, the service in the restaurant is excellent. But when we first got there, the lady at the front desk said she knew we had reserved and paid but that they didn't have the room we wanted and that they were full, and they gave us a room with one bed, not cool.

Room and common spaces were clean and of good quality. Room equipped with large overhead shower, water got nice and hot vs like warm, which I have found to be an issue at other Mexico City properties. Bed and bedding was clean and very comfortable. Now to the bad. Apparently thought you have a thermostat in your room there is a master control that is controlled by the hotel. On the 2nd day according to was to was told they were doing work to the A/c system and the person working on the system left without turning it back on. This is were it gets interesting apparently - he was the only 1 with a key or access to the switch, he was gone for the day, and there was no one on call that could get the issue resolved. I asked to speak to a manager when being advised of this, and was told there wasn't a manager to speak with. Desk clerk said there is only 1 manager/supervisor in the entire hotel (including the on-site restraunt, and he was gone for the day, and is not on call after 5pm. (That claim amazed me) This led to a night of sleeping with a window open to the noisy street below, and a night spent uncomfortably warm and sweating!!! The next morning I waited for the manager to arrive before leaving for my office. He acknowledged the issue but refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort. He assured me that the issue would be resolved that day. I returned from the office at 6pm - to no air. I checked out and found alternate accommodations
