Very bad experience because by mistake At booking, I chose the one that is in Santa Fe and I was willing to stay in Polanco. As soon as I arrived Polanco they told me that need to pay again and there's no way to get the money back from Santa Fe when it suppose it's the same company. So disappointed! I paid double

Very nice and large rooms, very well located. Bathroom in the small side.

Good business hotel. Good location. Hyatt does have a better rooftop pool though.

Fantastic romantic scape in Mexico City with the best view of the city and very convenient location.

The hotel is just excellent. However I had an issue since they were working on maintenance activities in a floor above mine and it was very hard to sleep because of the noice. I don't think the staff of the hotel responded as i was expected

I am a traveler and have stayed in almost every kind of hotel, motel, hostel and campground in many different countries.. This is a first class hotel high end. very new and and what some call high end. Although no swimming pool. It is very new and fresh. It is reasonably priced for the sophisticated and dynamic level of quality. Mexico is of course a living irony and Santa Fe is part of that irony. the poverty next to the wealth is the crazy rhythm. Stay here but know you are in a bubble. The only draw back to be aware of is that there is construction going on near by and these folks work in the middle of the night so I was somewhat bothered by metal workers pounding away at three AM.

This hotel is brand new and the room was very comfortable
