We had a great stay here. In general, the staff was attentive and friendly. The one issue was the variability of the water temperature and the plumbing. The first night I got there I had to take a cold shower because the water wouldn’t seem to warm up. Thankfully the next day there was hot water. The toilet also had trouble flushing. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay. Super convenient location.

Es increíble que la acción de varias personas desechen todo lo bueno de sus compañeros, el jefe encargado y sus secuaces del lobby bar, no tienen nada que hacer ahí, no tienen buena actitud, no sonríen, se la pasan platicando entre ellos y no atienden al huésped, y cuando se lo comente al jefe encargado, un gordito mal encarado que ni gafete tenía, respondió que por lo que les pagaban de sueldo y las propinas que dejábamos los huéspedes, ya era mucho la atención que recibíamos!!!… Ojalá remuevan ese tipo de personas que denigran la labor de todo el resto del hotel…

Room and service was excellent. We had Christmas dinner at the hotel. They were nice to let us have a table without reservations and the service was great, however the food at the steakhouse was terrible. We paid $120 per person and the steak was chewy and the soup was salty. The salad was good. We returned two of our three steaks.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast is delicious. The room was a bit dated. My only real complaint were the very noisy whistling water pipes in the walls. At times, they were so loud, my wife and I were awoken from our sleep. The whistling could last 15 seconds, or ten minutes. This happened multiple times. We brought it to the attention of a guest ambassador. He said he would let a supervisor know.
