Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Extremely bad. Dont fall for pictures.

The condition is extremely bad. Leaking sink not attended for 24 hours. Told they will refund and had to force checkout within 24 hours part of 4 day trip and no refunds. Water no coming suddenly in mornings and they say its normal. No airconditioner and its badly managed. Elevator cannot be accessed unless finger print from receipt ion
