Stafing, great customer service, location. was great.
The location is great, it’s near the metro and many restaurants and bars. It’s a great place to stay the night before your flight...
Great location. Great place to stay during a layover or the night before you have to be at the airport. Great Staff..
I liked the location, the Mexican/American continental breakfast, and the room size. I didn't like how the doors to the toilet room and the shower stall do not close all the way. The toilet room has very little sound privacy.
Hotel is excellant. Neighborhood a bit loud. Lots of activity at night. Fine for ne, but somermthing to consider.
Very basic hotel with bare minimum amenities, just two bath towels and soap dispenser in the room. No hand towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. I ended up using the extra roll of toilet paper to dry my hands, disappointing. I guess the price you’re paying is just for the location and the breakfast was good.
Great location, not really in downtown, but close, as well as close to Mexico City's night life zone, countless dining options
The check in process was not orderly. I had to remind the staff a few times that I booked 2 rooms for me and my friends. They made us wait but but did not call us back. But overall, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was nice.
I have stayed at many Ibis & understand their philosophy. There was no soap in the shower. I asked to fill, never done. Soap over sink barely worked . minimal towels.
My stay was great. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was helpful, the location was perfect.
Excelente servicio, buena atención, excelente desayuno, muy cómodo.
Everything perfect just the reception staff is a bit unfriendly.
Todo estuvo bien. Solo que les recomiendo poner mas atención al baño ya que cuando entre olía muy mal.
