Nice hotel, quiet, clean, however room did not have air conditioner, tv does not have remote, you need to turn tv on /off , volumen, change channels from a receptacle on the wall, making it really hard to enjoy watching tv.

It was clean. The hot tub is kind of dangerous getting in and out it gets slippery but its a clean place and i would stay here again. Quiet area. I stayed in the last floor and it has an alevator. I really liked the hotel. Staff is courteous, no problems wirh anything

They're a little bit inflexible on payments make sure they once you pay you're going to stay the full time there is no type of refund and they are quick to charge you if you miss the deadline and don't allow much in changes there will not be any refunds for the price and the price is very everyday and they go from $20 to $45 for no apparent reason any There is price adjustment for consistency and there is no one on staff that can make any decisions or adjustment adjustments make

10 Years in a row staying at VILLAS PANAMA (twice a year sometimes) I've never had an issue of any kind. It is a safe, clean and lovely place because of the management but in great part because of the staff with whom over the years I've become friends. Thank you for my morning coffee Doña!!! it really makes my morning complete. One thing about noise, if you visit remember that you are in MEXICO CITY not out in the woods, expect city noise which I actually love! I sleep with the window open to be awaken by the urban roar of that lovely "esquina" Thank's again see you next year, perhaps a bit earlier.
