Hotel Royal Reforma

Recent guest reviews

The bed felt about the same as the floor, and the pillows were horrible. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not work. Not worth your money.

My company booked this hotel for good location purpose, easy to get in and out the area, especially Zone Rosa is under heavy road construction.

Fantastic stay in a safe area. All staff helpful and friendly with the exception of the terrace barman on 10th April who gave extremely poor service.

The hotel is nice and cozy. Internet in the room was just okay, not perfect. The stuff is friendly. The only issue that I see was the outlet in the room is far away from the bed so you can't charge your phone and spend time on your phone or laptop while ypu are in the bed. That's the only thing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Everything was great but, but the beds are hard. I had trouble sleeping in them.

The hotel is located in the city center and easy to access to restaurants and bars. I stayed in this hotel 6 nights and I found it very comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the metro station, restaurants, and manly the USA Embassy. I was able to find public transportation easily. Great experience.

Although this hotel isn't the greatest, it is in the perfect location. Excellent area with access to transportation that'll get you anywhere you need to go. Simply put, you get what you pay for.

good location but hotel in very bad shape, very negative Impression when you enter the hotel

Hotel location was good, there's a metro station called Insurgentes about 200 m away. The hotel is a little disappointing, not at all what I saw in their pictures, the lobby, terrace and public areas are modern and very nice, but the rooms are very old and the bed wasn't comfortable. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

It's ok , lots of other places to choose from in that area and prices are even

This hotel was very reasonably priced. It's located a couple of blocks from the subway and by many shopping areas. Everything is within walking distance. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for nightlife. Overall, a great hotel with great service.

Stayed for 1 night in Mexico city for a business trip. Overall is ok, especailly the location. Very convenient. However need more works on cleaning the room. Looks not been well cleaned.

Hotel is awesome, the pool is great, location and staff are excelent, the cons are awfull beds and poor shower experience

Had an Excellent experience would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, but plan an hour to get there from the airport, took over an hour and a half for us as it was raining and for some reason that makes traffic crawl.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, parks, malls, etc. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff.

The hotel is in a very good location and in walking distance of the main ares of Zona Rosa. Very good value!

The hotel is in a location with many restaurants in the area and close to the Insurgentes subway station. The staff was friendly. Good value for the nightly rate that we got.

Nice hotel good very good location and safe Get what it cost
