Very nice and beautiful hotel in the center of the old city. Safe walking, street markets. Many reasonable restaurants. I'm 75, and I walked all the nearby streets. Never felt unsafe. Uber sevice quick and efficient. Metro stations ten minutes walk.
Good lacation. But no parking.
The hotel is basic. Not the newest towels or sheets but will definitely be clean. The locations is great if you want to stay in el Zocalo exploring all the great spots. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Si buscas amabilidad, cortesia, y en general un gran servicio y ubicacion debes hospedarte aqui. El Hotel esta recien remodelado y las habitaciones hacia la calle son hermosas. Estas en el Centro Historico!!!!!

Todo bien. Excepto que no cuenta con clima, un abanico no es suficiente para la temperatura ambiente. La extraccion del baño es minima, la ventana no se puede abrir, la TV no encendió nunca, botellas de agua y toallas insuficientes para el numero de huéspedes. Hace falta clima en la habitación para estar cómodos.
