Not family friendly,

This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

La habitación era muy amplia, todo super limpio, las almohadas un poco grandes para nuestro gusto, la zona en general no se percibe muy segura pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, excelente ubicación para moverse en metro y el staff bastante amable, unas partes estaban en remodelación y las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, en general muy cómodo, excelente para conciertos en el foro GNP

Rooms 230 and 331 are the Worst

The rooms where dark, the receptionist kept fighting me about towels they said they placed in our room but didn’t place the amount of towels for our four guests in a room we only got two and kept asking for them.
