I always choose this hotel because of its location and tradicional service (it's a one hundred years old)/ Good restaurants in or near the hotel.

very old condition. ac was warm most of the stay. the showers always burned you / made you freeze every shower. only one lamp worked. the rest were only there for show. bed was hard as a rock. room service food was not good at all. downstairs breakfast buffet had sub par food, and the same food was used for room service, same mass scrambled eggs, same soggy fruits. the staff was excellent. you only need to pay 75 pesos for parking one time for your whole stay, which was great. there's an oxxo right near the entrance so it's super convenient. location is great.

Stayed 2 nights but did not get towels or sheets changed

The service is not good, most of the receptionist do not look happy, the restaurant food is not good at all and expensive for the kind of food. The room looks very old fashion the carpet is a 1 out of 10. The aircondition didn't work well on my 5 days I stayed The hotel needs to be renovated big time...

Overall very good, but wi-fi in room was hard to access. Close to variety of activities. Turibus only one block away.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. When we first got there they gave us a two bed room and we wanted a one king room. After a quick talk the moved us. Staff was friendly and Room was awesome. Elevator, towels, and Carpets could be updated but beside that everything was good.

An nice hotel with a good staff, hotel is located not near any of the major city attractions. You can find some fast food restaurants that an American can recognize and a mini mart next to the hotel but an nice restaurant will have to locate away from the hotel by cab or bus if you choose. Mexico City does have Uber that you can use. Its an good hotel that i would recommend to some one else.

Although the hotel is well situated, there are some issues with the service. At the reception, the personnal hardly looks at you, very independant and everytime you ask for something it seems to bother them. We arrived, coming up the stairs with our luggage, the concierge looked at us and didn't even bother helping us with the luggage. The beds are ok but the pillows are very hard and don't ask for extra pillows they will answer they don't have any. The rooms are a bit outdated, carpet everywhere, which we don't like. In the rooms absolutly nothing, no iron, no coffee no american channels The restaurant downstairs where you have your breakfast is a bit expensive for the quality of the food, 310 pesos for two, you can get much better elsewhere for less money.. We were expecting more for the price we paid, will not come back.

. . . but this gem of a hotel needs a few more upgrades. I was given a suite for my single traveler reservation which was fantastic. Loved the view up Paseo de la Reforma, especially for the Sunday runners, bikers, and walkers. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great bed. But, the internet was spotty at best. Only certain corners of the living room were hot and no place in the bedroom. No mini-bar, water, coffee, etc. I will stay here again because the location is great. I hope they up their game.

It was very good, clean and people were very nice . What they reallu need to work on it is a better and more reliable internet service. ]Thanbks

Quiet little hotel in the center of the city. Walking distance to most museums and great restaurants.

The experience was good, good service. Good location, the exactly what we want for our trip. My family stay too and everybody is happy with the hotel, very easy to book and the information that was provide for them.

The hotel meet the expectation for the money we pay. I really would recomend a better wifi service. Good location and very clean

This hotel has an excellent location! you can walk tough Reforma easily

Fantastico luga, todas las habitaciones son exteriores y el lugar es precioso

If on business and have a budget, this is a good hotel. No frills with a bit of vintage styling. Very good rates for the location. I always return to this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet.

Perfect location!! Large clean rooms! Great spanish food! Near the NIBA! Near the Alameda! Help full staff!

A very good value after all the discounts kicked in. The central location is wonderful, within walking distance of many sites. Bus access excellent. Staff is average in terms of service. Drinks from the bar were expensive.

The hotel was so clean, friendly staff and awesome location to the mexico city.

Excellent staff at your service , restaurant available with good meal at good price compared with other in the area. Perfect location to deparment stores , banks and fast food. Safe area .
