La línea telefónica de este hotel no funciona, siempre suena ocupado o si no nadie contesta. Por culpa de este hotel perdimos nuestros vuelos, esperamos más de una hora por el shultte, luego que llegó el shuttle fue primero a dejar a 2 muchachas al terminal 1, terminal que queda más lejos y luego a terminal 2 lo cual había un trafico muy fuerte desde T1 a T2, duramos otra hora más. En total fueron más de 2 horas que tardamos en llegar al aeropuerto y perdimos nuestros vuelos. El chofer nisiquiera preguntó si algunos de los pasajeros estaba en urgencia para llegar a su terminal. La verdad quedamos muy decepcionados de este hotel. Los trabajadores de este hotel maltratan a los huéspedes.

The hotel had construction while we were staying there. The workers were using sledge hammers right above our room. The mirror and TV were shaking and vibrating. When we asked the hotel about the noise, they quickly had the work stopped. Construction is normal, we know, but we had previous cancelled flights and we only had 3 hours sleep. The biggest complaint is that other guests down the hall were very loud and they were very loud until 4 o'clock in the morning. We had to get up 4:45 am that same morning to go to the airport for 6 o'clock. We will not use this hotel in the future.

Overall good basic hotel. It is clean and modern however the shower is very odd and small. There is a restaurant downstairs but fairly expensive for the area. Overall not bad. Staff nice and professional too. There is a convenience store nearby.

Lovely, modern, clean hotel. Loved it!

We were only at the Grand Prix Mexico City Airport for 1 night but it was a good experience. Especially considering the high price of hotels now, this place was a good price and a great place to stay! It was easy to connect to the airort shiuttle and it was very timely. It took about 20 minutes to get from the arport to the hotel but only 8 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport the next morning. The check in was fast and easy. The hotel is lovely and CLEAN. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was vice, great shower, plenty of hot water, plenty of counter space. The design of the rooms is different in that though the toilet has a door that closes, the shower area is open to the rest of the room. It woked fine because it was me and my husband, but I couldn't share a room there with a friend or co-worker because there is no private place to undress, dress, or get in and out of the shower. BUT, for me and my husband, it worked totally fine and we would stay there again. It really is a very nice place.
