very feiendly staff and location is very close to everything..shops. restaurants clubs

The bathroom was very small; room small; not many channels on cable tv; loud banging noise all afternoon on my last day of stay. The bright spot is the breakfast buffet for 120 pesos, although not that much to select from.

I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. People here were kind, warm, and always friendly. The rooms are quite simple - the towels are super thin, water isn't so warm in the shower, and the blankets were thin (they did give us extra blankets - and yet, I'd stay here again. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the food was diverse and delicious. Overall, the location is really the best part of this place. It's close to so many restaurants, food stands, art fairs, and nightlife.

It is an ok hotel for the price. No heating at all in rooms or lobby, We felt chilly, specially when dressing/undressing. Some things such as hallway carpets need renovation. The curtains were tatty and old . Colors have faded and there were some torn parts. Breakfast was good and reasonable in price. Service was the best feature, all staff were curteuos, quick and friendly. Not sure if I would go back.

Very nice staff..clean..room..friendly..close.to..everything..well..recomended

This hotel is overpriced and to me doesn't fit in the 3 star category. No A/C or fan in the rooms which made us open the windows and then had a bad sleep due to the amount of mosquitoes. Rooms also lack of good light and are very noisy. Bathroom old and not in good shape.

Old and without any maintenance hotel. Humidity everywhere, room doors unbalanced, difficulty for closing them. Bathroom "clean" but a lot of dampness fungus. Restaurant personnel bad service. Just the room service waitress great attitude and service level

I arrived at the hotel and was told that the hotel had no vacancy. I made my reservatios for two nights (march 23rd an 24th) but the hotel wrongly booked me for the nights of 25th and 27th, so I was denied admission. The manager was not in so Ihad to walk in search for another hotel and ended up paying more than what I was already charged. I came back de following day. The manager apologized, admited the error and asked me to contact Orbitz for a reinbursment. I did that but as far as I know they have been unable to contact him.

Rooms don't have A/C. There is no assign parking space on front of hotel to drop guess. Taxi driver park drop us off, went to bathroom and his car got a ticket. Hotel staff didn't suggest driver to park on parking garage. Bathroom on our room to small. Sitting on toilet legs hit the shower door.

My pillow case was broken and they tried to blame it on me. The wouldn't give me an invoice. No towels the first night.

The staff was great upon check in and took care of all out needs while we were there

located in a very nice part of the city Lots of restaurants and shopping available Great place to go on a business trip I would recommend this hotel Staff was very helpful

Rooms were clean , bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast buffet was okay. However, it advertised that it included pancakes and cereal but i never saw pancakes served and when i asked about cereal I was told they ran out. On another occasion we asked for toast and was denied any and told that only rolls on the table was what was available. Front service staff was very helpful and approacheable. Hotel was close to zona rosa though and not very far to get to zocalo by bus or metro train.
