We stayed one week. Staff was so nice it's crazy. Perfect location. One small elevator. They offer a 24/7 free menu which game changing. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was fabulous, it was great to have food available at all times served with a smile, and everyone went above and beyond to make stay lovely. I particularly want to. acknowledge the extra assistance provided by Helly and the concierge. Their attention to us and acknowledgment of our stay and what Mexico City meant to us was wonderful. Excellent stay at the Canada Central and Rooftop. The rooms are European style, meaning they are small, however you are not there to stay in your room! The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. One of the outstanding features of the hotel was its rooftop cafe with great views of the historical part of Mexico City. Location was great, lots of restaurants and shops to visit if you want. The staff were friendly and helpful! From check in to check out everything was great. And it had one of the best breakfasts I have experienced in a very long time.
