Clean & quiet for an overnight stay. Very comfortable bed. But no a.c. or fan & the window only opens a crack & is impeded by curtain

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk to Norte Station which is a great convenience. As others have said, there was no air circulation in our room. We were able to open the window but only a small amount due to the way the window was constructed. This, then, increased the sound of the busy road even though we had a room away from the road. So the hotel would do well to put a portable fan in each room if they do not want to ventilate them with air controls. They might also consider putting disposable ear plugs in each room to reduce noise complaints.

Clean and friendly. Real Mexico City life outside. Convenient location since you can get a low-cost cab to anywhere at the bus terminal a few blocks away. The bed was very firm. The window was held shut with a paper clip, so did not close tightly. Not a problem except it let in more traffic noise that way.

Was very good and relaxing.ok...tve room was confortable and big.

We went to Mexico City specifically to see the Basilica. The hotel was a fairly cheap Uber ride to get there. The staff was great, especially in the restaurant, and the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the desk staff spoke English, but it seemed like more of a hotel for Mexican tourists than Americans. The only negative thing was that the hotel is on a busy street, and not safe for us (2 women) to walk about at night. It is close to the major Bus/Metro station, for those who need it, but we just used Uber. We also took a tour of the Pyramids & the tour guide came to pick us up at our hotel even though it wasn't in the busy city downtown where most tourist hotels are. It's not too far from the downtown, though. Again, using Uber, we had a cheap ride to the city to go to the San Juan Mercado. Honestly, Uber made our hotel a GREAT savings compared to the more expensive ones in downtown. By the way, we stayed in the Executive Suite. Highly recommend it... for the money, it's a great value, and it's so nice to have that extra room.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your comments. We wish to inform you that we also have rooms with air conditioning and heating for you to consider us in your next visit. In the same way, I inform you that due to regulations and for the safety of our guests, the windows have an opening limit, as it is a building with 7 levels. We regret that your stay has not been 100% pleasant, we continue working to improve these points.
