Nice place, modern and clean. I thought it a little strange to charge for a small tub of ice to take to the room but other than that, everything was great.

Nice room, much cheaper than airport. Room faced noisy street. Traffic to airport at 6 am was bad. Would use again for early flight.

I picked this place because of the buffet breakfast which is delicious especially on the weekend. I loved the firm the pillows the most and the bed. The overall hotel is very clean and stylish. I would stay here again. They like to conserve so you must use your door key for the lights and A/C which worked fine in my room. The bathroom toiletries are cheap and I realize it’s because they are constantly taken by guests so bring your own soap, toothpaste, lotion if you’re particular. I was having allergies to something in the room which I think was the green “wool” blanket or maybe dust from the A/C vent. B+ to A.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Easy location to get in and out of. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fair overall. What I would expect of an hotel at that price.

Abastos Plaza is nicer and less expensive than most airport hotels close to MEX but is a bit farther from the airport (7 km, 150 peso cab ride) than I thought. There is a really good steak restaurant, La Antigua, that is an easy walk of about a half-mile that serves really excellent rib eye in a nice setting.

The staff were friendly. I was able to do an early check in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, I liked my stay.

We were stared at our whole stay, like we weren't wanted there. At breakfast our servers never smiled at us. Just "do you want coffee?" We were never offered a menu or description of what was offered. We walked up to the buffet and just ate the few options that were provided. The room was ok, nothing special. It smelled a little musty, but probably because the room is older and has carpet and A/C was not turned on. The gym is across the street, not onsite. It was packed when we went. Not a lot of machines.

It's not as bad as other reviews say. I agree, it is very noisy at night. They are still doing construction in weird hours which they need to better accommodate. The restaurant below has pretty descent food if you don't want to leave the hotel. It is very close to a bad neighborhood . Be careful not to walk at night . Rooms are clean but pillows are horrible . They are hard as a rock! If you're only staying one night, you will survive.

It was nice, would recommend the place to a friend but bring ear plugs. The road noise was too much for me
