Despite I am IHG member, the check out was horrible. Almost lost my flight. Need to improve. Food is ok, but no real wine cups. But a good wine selection despite short list Rooms are nicely outlined. Many machines like ice, laundry, etc Recommended for 1 night or during traveling by CDMX airport
First time at this hotel. Everything was great. Nice, wide and quite room. Excellent room service. This hotel will be another option when I have to travel to Mexico City. The location of this hotel is great, you are not far from some principal tourist places.
This is a real top class hotel with everything you would dream of, from excellent, spacious rooms over a great breakfast buffet and a gym. Service is most friendly. If you find the bar rather expensive (European prices) you are well served with the Oxxo 24/7 right next door
The size of the room was appropriate for twin sharing room. No complaints on wifi, breakfast selection and amicability of the staff. IGOR, Trainee was the one who checked us in was very helpful and courteous. In term of the location the hotel is well and thereis traffic so should avoid the road facing rooms. There is an Oxxo next to the hotel if have any needs. Two blocks from the hotel are some fast food joints like KFC and shopping mall. To summarise a good stay.
This hotel is excellent in service. Entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel and plan to return again! (In house restaurant has a very delicious and economical breakfast buffet). Great security so that guests feel safe!
excelent costumer service ,the breakfast is excelent , dinner not that good needs improvement , rooms are great , location is perfect walking distance to main sites 1 hour drive from the air port i would visit it again
Really a nice, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Of course, lots of traffic. Large room, comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Desk! No fridge, no microwave but yes, coffee maker. I ate many meals at the hotel's restaurant and would like to 👍recommend it to all the guests. The breakfasts were superb (wonderful fruits, excellent coffee, fresh breads, veggies and nicely prepared meats) and the evening soups and entrees were quite nice, all prepared with care for the international client. The wi-fi worked. The elevator worked. The tv worked, with international channels. The heating and air conditioning worked fine. The staff and bellhops were all very kind and helpful and knowledgable. (Remember to avoid the interior rooms, they are quite dark, and have a view of the employees cleaning area.)
The gym was great, the only thing is that perhaps the steam room could´ve used a little maintance since one of the steamers was out of service. As my previous staatement, my friends and I wanted to enjoy a few videos on t.v. although the volume was preprogrammed thus unable to raise the volume. I guess it´s o.k. although Holiday Inn needs to keep in mind that people will want to listen to a little music on t.v. and not just with our headsets!
Avoid this hotel, terrible location, noisy, rundown rooms, not so good service Two days to fix my window that would look and accesible from stairs Overall avoid Other hotels in the city way better, you will spend money with Uber and taxis Not a single restaurant around, there is just an oxxo downstairs that's it
If you decide to stay here, never ever accept a room facing inner courtyard with lobby. First, the room is dark. Light from the window is not enough. The room had 4 lamps with energy saving bulbs, that didn't help at all, it's dark! Second, it's noisy. There are group of people sitting in the lobby or restaurant/bar. You'll hear every word. Poor soundproof of the rooms: one night we had to listen neighbour' TV until 3 am. Every room has a smoke detector which is next to the front door. Some guests just smoke next to the window and detector doesn't go off. Our room was full of smoke coming from outside as windows had gaps everywhere. Next time we'll try another hotel.
