Great Experience! The hotel is awsome, with nice rooms and excelent views. Absolutely recommendable

My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons for my birthday. Everyone so courteous and friendly. The staff went out of their way to be so helpful and informative. I was surprised by a cake in our room for my birthday. And a happy birthday note.

This hotel is going through a renovation right now that reduces the quiet, the amenities and the serenity of the hotel to that of a 2 star hotel. Waiting lists for the reduced size restaurant, noise from 9am - 6pm, paint smells in the rooms, degassing carpets in the renovated rooms all make for a most unpleasant stay. Hopefully it will return to its previous standards next year when all is done but for now stay away.

excelent service. Very clean and lobby chance very nice. Good food

A well-located, prestigious, elegant hotel has the best, most cordial staff at every level. We were safe, comfortable, well fed and rested throughout our stay. The rooms could use a little refurbishment; the mattresses could be turned or replaced. Chapultepec Park and the Anthropology Museum are a long stroll away. We would not consider any other hotel in Mexico city.

The Four Seasons experience is welcome in Mexico City as the amenities, staff and accommodations are world class - quiet, respectful and tranquil. It is however very conservative and traditional so if you are looking for night life or more lobby excitement this isn't it. One negative is the service in the restaurants and bar where you have to hunt for waiters.

We spent the weekend at the Four Seasons. Our suite was very comfortable and the amenities beyond our expectations. Also, the staff was very friendly, client-oriented and provided an impeccable service.

The hotel was great. Fell in love with the garden. Will go back soon.

I"m really MAD about hotels that ask you to pay for internet. When you pay U$ 500 and up for a room and have to pay 15 to 20 a day for wi-fi is stupid. When you go to Mc Donals and buy a burger for 3 you have wi-fi free. At the Four Seasons in Mexico you have to pay. I will never go to a hotel that ask you for money to use the internet.

The Four Seasons Mexico City, DF is indeed in a categorie especial. The genuine staff is what makes it beyond exceptional. The concierge, Julio Cesar, was so knowledgable and always friendly. His suggestions were always on the mark.

There is nothing negative to be said about this hotel. Its in a wonderful location, right on Reforma Avenue before you enter the Chapultepec Park. The lobby is elegant but not snobby, and the service is fast, efficient and truly representative of the saying "the customer is always right", without being overbearing. The courtyard is simply beautiful, and although the restaurant Reforma 500 gives a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting, it is a bit lacking in choice of food. Nevertheless, what you order does not disappoint, and once again, the service is nothing short of perfect. The one and only complaint about the hotel was the TV service. Despite having an interactive menu, the on demand feature was disabled in our room (on both TVs) and the system sometimes failed causing the entire TV service to get blocked momentarily (15 min, max). The concierge was extremely helpful, and attended our every request - including providing bubble wrap and duct tape for 4 paintings we had bought at Bazaar Sabado, free of charge. Highly recommended on every level, the hotel is elegant, classy and offers the best service in Mexico, which is a bold statement in its own right!

visit

Ate at the hotel and food was nothing special but room service was always fast. Dining in the courtyard is always nice. The room smelled liked burned rubber, carpet pad. Furniture was faded and looked worn. Not up to 4 Seasons standards.
