Very modern and nice hotel, it is clean and well maintained. The staff were great, professional and helpful. I appreciated that they were able to speak English as my Spanish is very limited. Hotel is in a good location, proximity to the business community, restaurants and entertainment made this a great selection. Uber made it easy to get to location too far to walk.

I've stayed in this hotel the 4th time and I still like it a lot. Of course the first choice was that its most close to my office around the corner. But the hospitality and friendliness is fantastic. And so is the selcetion of mexican dishes for breakfast which I like a lot. So everybody who looks for a hotel in a diameter of 4 km (walking distance) i definetely recommend this hotel upon others. to reach by car or by taxi it depends on the daytime and the trafic with it. I made it on a saturday evening in 25 minutes from the airport, where on Friday evening it tooks me more than an hour from Chapultepec. All in all the proximity to the periferico makes it quite accessible anyway

Stayed with my husband, toddler and 11 month baby. We couldn't expect a more welcoming experience given the fact that the hotel is more of the business traveler kind. First night we were welcomed with special treats and a mini piñata for my toddler. A really nice surprise! Rooms are impecable, the staff speak good English, complimentary biscuits and coffee here and there, and a different dessert provided every night. The gym is a little bit on the small side, but fully operational. I think I haven't felt more welcomed in a Mexico City hotel. Will definitely consider coming back. Congratulations to all staff for their prime service! Love this hotel!

Generally speaking the hotel has good facilities and it is located in a good area of the city, in my case just accross the offices of my job in Mexico City. However, there are some cleaning details that they should take care of.

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities, helpful staff and an excellent buffet breakfast, located in a neighbourhood with many nice restaurants. It is four blocks from a metro station. If you want a taxi in the post-breakfast rush, order it well in advance, or you will have to wait.

After spending three days in Centro Historico where no one speaks English, it was a fantastic change to check in at this lovely business-class hotel with bi-lingual employees available. The rooms themselves are spacious, well-appointed in a modern style, with a coffee maker and large-screen TV. The bedding is DIVINE -- great mattress and pillows. The shower is HUGE and pretty, with plenty of hot water except in the 8 - 9 AM time frame when everyone is using it. I found the hotel restaurant fairly bland after having eaten wonderful Mexican street food for the previous few days. That said, the breakfast buffet is unbeatable, which a huge variety of dishes including American and Mexican favorites. For lunch or dinner, there are some great restaurants within the block. I really liked the steakhouse and Saks. Last note: Mexican hotels in general seem to be cold at certain times of the year, and this one is no exception. There are no heat controls in the room, and the average room temperature was between 60 - 65 degrees, never warmer. It is too cold to spend any time in your room, and can make it difficult to sleep (one night, despite plenty of layers and blankets, I could not stop shivering). I tried to find another hotel that would be warmer but discovered that unheated hotels are the norm in CDMX. Just be prepared. I would not visit the city between December and February because of it, and March was iffy.

Everything was clean and ready. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Best of all almost every day we received a little snack in our room! you dont see that anymore. AND I even received my very own personalized wine bottle! LOVE IT!!

A good business hotel in a convenient location, with standard services very good will from management, but small details that spoil the experience for a long-stay. Whereas room faciliites, breakfast, reception and gym are at the level, after a one week of stay, the cleaning of the room decayed day after day (including 3 days with no towels), the cleaning of the gym floor and facilities was also not tip top, and the fact that the reception could not print a final bill on time was a little bit of a put-off. I received an apology from management, hope they make up better for everybody!

Hotel is in very good conditions, room was clean and modern, good quality of bed and pillow, no minibar, nice bathroom (very functional) ; people are service oriented, can organize if necessary contact for tourism during week end ; breakfast of good quality

Stayed at the hotel during a business training for work and I must say the ladies.in the front desk were very welcoming. The doorman was very polite and well mannered. Had an issue with the bathroom during my stayed where the toilet was leaking from the sides and the maintenance guy made sure that the issue was resolved immediately. Aside from that incident is reasonably price and hey you have Teatro Los Insurgentes right in front if you are interest in the performance arts. The Frida Kalho Museum is also near by by 15 mins with Uber or 30 to 45 mins walking.
