In a great neighborhood, within walking distance of lots of good shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors a bit. The shower also didn’t have a lot of warm water.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, secure, and spacious. It is very well-located in the heart of Condesa-Hipódromo near restaurants, cafes, bars and Parque México and Parque España. An Ecobici bike station is just up the street and the Bosque de Chapultepec is within walking and biking distance. The weekly cleaning service was excellent. The host was very responsive to questions and provided detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. The kitchen was well-appointed generally, but could use new unscratched teflon pots or better yet, non-teflon pots and pans, which are better for the environment. We used and greatly appreciated the French Press coffee maker, water filter, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and spacious refrigerator during our 2 week stay. The kitchen and dining area fit our needs for cooking and eating at home. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for the area. A fly swatter would be a good addition as mosquitos enter the unscreened windows. I would rent this apartment again. It perfectly met our needs while we studied Spanish at a local language program, visited friends, and generally enjoyed experiencing CDMX.

The unit was clean. We did not cook during our stay. The location is fantastic. A nice pastry and coffee shop is next door. Very conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shops. The shower worked well and there was reliably hot water. The couch and chairs not very comfortable. This place is highly recommended for those who will be out and about exploring the city.

Modern and clean La Condesa apartment

This apartment was recently remodeled with a well-appointed kitchen and high quality, comfortable furniture. It is modern and ideally located in the elegant La Condesa neighborhood which is full of tree-lined streets, fabulous restaurants, shops and coffee houses all within easy walking distance. The property managers are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

This was a good unit for the value. A few items: Good- Communication was excellent. Unit was clean and mostly everything was in working order. Washer / Dryer is upstairs. Detergent was available. Besides being on a major street, unit is very close to many restaurants and by the park. Constructive- Unit faces Nuevo Leon. So when windows are open, it is very loud. The wifi was very intermittent. Probably about 10-12 mpb/s in terms of speed. Couch is a worn and uncomfortable to sit on. They could use new pillows on the bed. On the first two days, the trash from the first floor was very strong. I did tell them and they did have it taken out. Note: the Bed is on the very firm side.

5 Days in Mexico

We came to visit architecture and art museums. we did a bit of shopping lots of eating amazing food Michelin star restaurants and to be fair restaurants who don’t have that Michelin star were just as good I recommended to anybody who just wants to get away for a couple days, we had a great time. Everyone was super friendly.

Fabulous apartment and neighborhood

The apartment and neighborhood were fabulous. Unfortunately, we did not get any communication from the property manager following our arrival (no answers to our questions). I am going that the property manager will answer my questions that I left with him/her. Happy to write a better review once I hear back.

Great location and safe neighborhood!

I spent 4 great nights in Mexico City. We found everything we needed in the friendly and walkable neighborhood of the apartment. Communication with the managers of the property was a easy as was checkin. We really enjoyed our stay! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I wish the bed had been more comfortable. Very hard bed and flat pillows. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great location and spotless apartment!

This is an incredible area to stay in, with proximity to restaurants, amenities and only 2km from Chapultepec. There is even an Eco Bici stand just 30m from the front door of the apartment. The place is spotlessly clean with big windows and a good kitchen. The road outside is busy but there's no noise at night and you can simply close the windows if you want. The people-watching (and dog-watching) is excellent too! The entire neighbourhood is walkable and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood

This is a beautiful modern apartment looking through the high up foliage of mature trees onto a boulevard of shops and restaurants, with floor to ceiling windows across the living and dining rooms. It is spacious and comfortable, with a few pieces of artwork adorning the walls. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has ample storage shelves and closets. The left bedroom has a marked slope to the floor which I found unnerving, but overall a great place. Communication with the host was difficult at check-in since they sent me links that didn’t work, and the directions to open the many locked doors and gates were unnecessarily complicated, but we finally figured it all out. I also had to write yo ask for check-out instructions. But a great apartment!

Nice Place

Overall, a nice clean apartment in a great location. We were there for 6 weeks. We had to buy a kitchen knife, veg peeler and a can opener, as well as a frying pan. All of these utensils were at the end of their life. The property manager was very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Loved my stay!

The apartment was clean and spacious with lots of light from the windows. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood very cute. The hosts answered all my questions and helped me with luggage storage upon check out. Would recommend.

Lovely spot in the center of Condessa

The apartment is lovely and the location was right in the heart of Condessa so an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The one downside was noise. When people moved in to the apartment above us we could hear everything from voices to footsteps to window shades being lowered. It was not a problem for us, but could be if your neighbors are very noisy.

So happy

I usually don’t do reviews, but this was our first visit to Mexico City and this was in a perfect location. We felt very safe and there were plenty of amazing parks and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend.
