El hotel esta en buenas condiciones, lo unico malo es que alrededor del hotel, existen muchas personas que son prepagos y le dan mal aspecto a la estadia, para los huespedes que andan con niños. El personal muy amable, buena seguridad. Pero lo itro que no me gusto fue de que el ultimo dia el check out era a las 12pm y me fueron a sacar antes de la habitación. Deberian de tomar en cuenta eso
Very close to downtown.
The property was fine. It was clean, and I felt comfortable. But at night, the adjacent street was filled with prostitutes, and I didn’t feel as safe. No, this is not a joke - lots of hookers.

The front counter lady was very nice -I do not Renner her name. However - we Asked for one more bag of coffee and the staff charged us 50 pesos for.
The location was perfect and I like the services inside. The inside pool it was a nice place to relax!
The short lady who could speak English was mean and made jokes about me to her co-worker in a different language. She was mad because I paid for the hotel online after she tried to rip me off out of an extra $15 USD per night. Besides that, the hotel was alright. Nothing special. Not made for families. As there is prostitutes on every corner. Be safe!

En relación al horario de check-out no hacemos ese tipo de prácticas como usted lo indica; posiblemente se haya tratado de alguna confusión, ya que nuestras camaristas tocan en la mañana antes del horario de salida, por lo que si se trató de eso no era para "sacar" a ningún huésped. En relación a las personas que nos comenta, desafortunadamente eso está en manos de las autoridades de la alcaldía y no tenemos injerencia alguna en ello, aunque hemos presentado la documentación pertinente para su remoción. Le agradecemos nuevamente por elegirnos y esperamos poderle servir en el mediano plazo. Que tenga feliz día.
