This hotel was closed due to earthquake damage, they (the hotel) put me up in a different hotel. Orbits knew about this but was unable to help me. I made four phone calls, talked to three supervisors, they promised to help but my reservation was still for a hotel which in under mayor repair. This is the third time where Orbits "screwed up". One time a hotel in Amsterdam had no record of my reservation and all hotels were full that night. Going klick, klick, klick is fine but Orbits is not able to deal with problems! Hope Orbits will contact me soon.

Hotel was damaged by earthquake and was closed: No E* Zone Rosa!!!

the access to the hotel and the whole street was dug up. they should have reimbursed the guests for that. the bathroom really has to be upgraded. A/C has no temperature control.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, the hotel management has changed recently, but still maintain a good service. The only complain is in front of the hotel, the paver of the road has uncover and fixing some underground water, car and taxi are not accessible to the front of the hotel for a while.

Decent older hotel. Rooms are decent, old but not bad. The couch had flat cushions and was basically useless. Most rooms have two full beds and despite requesting one queen bed upon making reservations, didn't receive one. Overall not bad for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very safe to walk around. very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, bars , clubs

Nice and clean , nothing exceptionally special . good for short stay.

excellent ubication, old installations rooms need maintenance, but excellent Price.

The rooms had a terrible smell and were noisy. The staff is not friendly. The only good thing is the location.

I had a great time and a great experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. Excellent location. Staff was very helpful

I use the hotel a lot for business that hotel staff already know me very well and take good care of me .

The hotel is situated in a very strategic point. Allowes to visit central historical sites in Mexico City., Clean, quiet, excelente service, people are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is comfortable and conveniently located, the suite is roomy and clean. Breakfast offered enough choices but food and coffee were cold 2 days out of 3. Great value for money!

This unassuming little hotel is the best value in Zona Rosa. There was a full living room in addition to a spacious bedroom and bathroom. It included a fridge for shower beers (which you will need as the bars are LOUD). The microwave was great for storing the leftovers you get from the huge portions served by the local restaurants. If I had to split hairs, the bed was a little too firm for my taste. Front desk staff was very helpful with local information. Housekeeping knows no one wakes up before noon after a night in DF, so they don't even try to clean your room until later. Towels are thick and soft.

Had a pleasant time at this hotel, it is not just a room , you feel like if you are in a apartment, the staff was really helpful and location is great. you are in a short walk distance form restaurants, bars and clubs.

I really don't know why peoples give it a 3 Stars. I stayed there for 4 nights and I had the best time ever!! Staff was wonderful and going out of their way to please me, room was huge, comfy and luxurious... In the middle of Mexico's Zona Rosa, just 100m away from main walking streets, shopping, food, nightlife.... Everything at walking distance!! I discovered a new Mexico City!!!

Clean hotel in a good location, close to everything. the only drawback is that the hotel decor is outdated.

For just a quick stay is ok not for a long stay. I feel like at large motel room

I really love the cleanliness of the rooms, the customer service was awesome. close to everything ..museums,clubs.

This hotel is a little older, but everything in Mexico is and yet the rooms are still quite nice. The best part is that there is a living room with a couch and 2 chairs, television, microwave, and a little refrigerator. The other room is quite big with another television, desk, and bed. The furnishing (decorations) are basic, nothing fancy, even a little outdated, but still very functional. I had an issue with the shower head in the bathroom and the staff fixed it immediately, so that was nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. I used them to arrange the day tours that I took all week long, no problems. Even though this is not the fanciest hotel in Mexico City, it certainly is not run down. In fact, it is kept very clean. So if you like being in a nightlife area, this is a great hotel to stay at.
