The hotel service was first class! The entire staff was always very attentive and did everything in their power to make our stay a special one. Many thanks to all of the DoubleTree front line staff for the memorable hospitality given to my family and me. Un Abrazo

We were warmly welcomed by Mariano and were "upgraded" to a room at the top floor since we asked for a quiet room away from the construction site which is this hotel. It is located in Santa Fe. A bit difficult for UBER to find as the entranceway is around the corner from the front side. It looks like a spaceship. Our room was fine until I found out that it was not an upgraded room but a standard room in a high floor. We had an issue with the air conditoning unit. After an hour waiting for maintenance, the receptionist said that the A/C was not working. I was furious. Our "upgraded" room did not even have a functioning A/C. I asked for a manager and Mariano turned out. He was apologetic and seemed sincere. He said the reception staff did not know the A/C was not working at the time the assigned the room. He offered to make things right and showed be a renovated room. Moving out of our room would be inconvenient as we had already unpacked. Instead the hotel gave us a room with a working A/C accross the hall. It was similar to our original room but the A/C worked. They also promised some bonus HHonors points. I hope they deliver. On the good sid:. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Even the unreonvated "upgraded" room was fine. It was clean with a nice decor and spacious. The renovated room which we did not take was even nicer. I do not like being able to see the workers on the windows. They should blind the windows on the rooms that are under construction so the guests and the public at large cannot notice what is going on inside the construction site. An old hotelier friend of mine once told me that the most difficult part of running a hotel is trying a construction while still under operation. Sometimes there is no alternative as the revenues are needed. I would like to recognize Mariano for trying his best and particularly for accepting the hotel's fault and doing his best to fix it. That is good customer service under difficult circumstances.

What sets this property apart is the staff. Quite simply, they are among the friendliest and most attentive that I have run into, not just at Doubletree properties, but at ANY Hilton property. From the bellhops to front desk staff, to executive lounge attendants, to maintenance staff, these folks exude professionalism, are incredibly friendly and provide superior service. They show a genuine interest in making certain that guests feel valued and appreciated. The room was well appointed. Honestly, this property was leaps and bounds above the Hilton Mexico City Airport property, where I stayed the following night. The location is excellent (withing walking distance to several malls), and it provides a very good value. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to staying there on future visits.

rooms are in a good range, bathroom included. internet connection worked very well. breakfast was ok, don't expect too much. fitness area is ok, if you only wanna have a short run, the other staff is not well maintained. better to speak at least a minimum of spanish, english is not known by every employee.

Air conditioning doesn't work. Temperature set does not change anything. Fitness center not clean in the morning. All the rest is good. Location good Japanese Retaurant in the same complex. They should take care to the details!

Just ending a business trip and my flight into Mexico city was delayed so I was going to end up arriving at the hotel after midnight, While still at the airport I called the hotel to tell them I was delayed and to confirm my reservation, Alfonso from the front desk told me not to worry and that he would have everything setup. I finally get to the hotel at 12:30 am and Alfonso had all the checkin documents ready, I just signed and got to my room with help from Francisco also from the hotel within 5 minutes!! Awesome!! to the hotel management, Kudos for the great staff you have, every business traveler wants this support and feel like they are really being taken care of. Very Good!! Thanks to Alfonso and Francisco!

I stayed in the terrace king on the 10th floor. Wow! What a view and a terrace all to myself. The bed was wonderful. I had lots of space. Two bathrooms was a bit much but I had a choice of shower head types because one was a rain shower and the other a standard shower head. I was provided bottles of water each day. The room has a coffee maker and fridge. What I loved the most was the space, space space. I had a desk/table, two sitting areas, and floor to ceiling windows. The staff really wants to please. Dinner in the restaurant is definitely a different experience. The food is just right. I was offered buffets on the weekend but meals to order during the week. You will be surprised by the level of care you receive. The executive lounge has nice light meals for you. I would recommend stopping by and checking out the offerings before going to dinner. You might find yours of sated without the larger meal. The workout space was under construction during my visit. The pool is indoors and small. The hotel is between two malls. I would recommend the larger Center at Santa Fe to the west. Uber can get you there. Concerning taxi I recommend Uber rather than the hotel taxi. Uber will cost you 1/3 to 1/2 what the hotel will charge for the taxi outside the door. If you plan to visit the pyramid complex to the east of Mexico City I recommend the early morning tour that picks up in Reforma with an archeologist guide. The is far better than trudging with the crowds with the 9 am pickup tours at the hotel.

Friendly Staff but only one person at the reception. Nobody behind the Hilton Honors Sign. Tiresome Check-In procedure. The hotel was a Fiesta Americana before and it is still a construction site, practically. I got a Suite Upgrade after insisting (Diamond Member). They are renovating one wing and will make a Garden Inn out of it. Not even one welcome amenity for Top Tier Member !!! Kind of Poor ! Big spacious Suite. (753). Strange furniture and colors but what the heck Looks like an IKEA showroom. Executive Lounge closed ! They gave me a Tequila and some wine at the restaurant. As well very fabulous tacos ! That saved you from 3 points :) At least they are trying and do care. Breakfast really good, nobody at the breakfast room. So I had like 5 waiters just for me. Okay. Good selection of Mexican food. Really good. Compliments to the kitchen. Overall a 3-4 star hotel. Mariano was very helpful. If you are not going to Mexico for business this is not your first choice. Santa Fé is at least one hour away from the next metro station. Traffic jam is common. Look it up on the map. Cabs will charge you 500 pesos to the centre.About 25 us or more. This is the new financial centre of the capital. But nothing cultural or spiritual to do. You can go shopping at 3 sterile malls or have a Sushi at another sterile synthetic location. Nothing to do with the real Mexico :) . Anyway, the bed was good, the sleep was fantastic and no noise at all. Wifi was fast. Would I come back ? Maybe not ....Only at a good price

I reached out 2 weeks prior to arrival and request a car service. They arranged the car and had excellent follow up the day before arrival. I had a package delivered and they promptly gave me my package. I needed a ride to my appointment which they arranged. Excellent staff and service. Beautiful clean rooms. Raphael was excellent.

The hotel has all major accommodations you may want, the service is great from from desk until your room service! Wifi works great Only problem glass elevators! Freak me out! Close to all major companies in the area and shopping malls.
