El anuncio es falso

Terrible, llegamos al lugar y el portero no tenía idea de que íbamos a hospedarnos, le enseñé la reservación y me dijo que los dueños no estaban. El portero y yo tratamos de comunicarnos y jamás respondió, a mi me colgó y me mando a buzón, al portero simplemente le ignoró las llamadas, perdí mucho tiempo tratando de solucionarlo y más tiempo en buscar otro hotel, perdí tiempo y dinero, Hoteles.com no se hace responsable, es un engaño, no reserven
