CAUTION! The booking is a room in a SHARED apartment with a SHARED bathroom, similar to a hostel. We booked a double room with balcony and private bathroom. What we got instead was a bedroom in a shared apartment where the bathroom was shared with other guests in the same unit. There are 2 other bedrooms (up to 4 other guests) in the unit. The photos made it look like the unit was private and there was never any mention of being in a shared apartment. We were in bed when suddenly someone opened the door and walked into the unit. They were as surprised as we were that it's shared. Absolutely terrible experience. After we complained the management company changed us to another building one block away where we had an ensuite bathroom but again the unit was SHARED. We are travelling from abroad and only after they moved us they told us that in order to get into the building we have to call them every time to come and open up. This is a significant problem. Unless you have a local cellphone plan, you can basically not get back into the building when you leave.

El proceso de check in tardó unos 15 min., porque la persona encargada no está en el edificio, que en realidad no es un hotel, sino un edificio de departamentos. La habitación está bien, a secas. Cero decoración. Las sábanas son infames, lo más corriente que pudieron conseguir, aunque limpias. Las "amenidades", jabón y toallas, de hotel de quinta. El baño no está del todo limpio y huele ligeramente mal.

La propiedad todo bien pero su personal un horror. Me trataron súper mal, los guardias no me dejaron entrar ni siquiera al vestíbulo y tuve que esperar en la calle, sola con mi maleta, la encargada de abrir ha sido la persona que peor me ha tratado jamás. El departamento muy bien, limpio y lindo. Excelente ubicación.

La habitación está súper bien, está en una excelente ubicación. El inconveniente que pongo es que se escucha muchísimo lo del vecino de arriba, a lado, de todos lados se escucha mucho… y el baño no cambian la toalla de mano, aunque más gente use y use el mismo el baño.
