The staff were nice and helpful. Our hotel room was outdated, but did the job as we were only there for sleeping and showering. There were multiple stains on the floor, our bathroom light went out, our tv remote didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. For the price, it’s a fair place to stay as it’s super close to popular tourist areas and has many food places nearby.
I had no issues with the stay in itself. The hotel and room was clean. I could have been greeted with a warm and friendly reception.
The hotel was clean. A bit dated, and the lobby dimly lit. It could be a bit more warm and welcoming. Nothing a genuine smile, aromatics, and Feng shui lobby decorating couldn't fix (too many couches).

Contamos ya con tres pisos totalmente renovados, en los cuales las habitaciones cuentan con piso laminado, cancelería de cristal en los baños, pantalla de plasma, mobiliario tanto de la recámara como del baño nuevos, etc. Estas habitaciones se encuentran disponibles a través de Orbitz.com y Expedia.com Saludos
