I have stayed in several vacation rental apartments in different countries.This particular one was very cozy.All elements were carefully designed for confort. It is small and simple ,but with high end taste and reasonably clean. The beds were super comfortable. I went on a brief vacation with my teen boy and we were delighted to spend time in this little home away from home.We were able to park our car inside and just walk to the nearby main attractions:Museums and Chapultepec park.We just needed a short ride to Zocalo downtown and also had restaurants and supermarkets two minute walking time. On our way back , we were able to watch our favorite shows in the smart TV , and eat a healthy dinner cooked at home. Host was very welcoming and answered all my questions within minutes.A jewel of a place….Thank you Sebastian and good luck.Sincerely,Carla

The place itself was just as pictured- just beautiful. Location was as safe as you can get. The only negative which I didn't feel like deducting a point for was the upstairs bathroom with the spiral staircase. It's an incredibly steep ascent with wooden steps so the idea of going up there to use the bathroom was quickly stamped out. We ended up sharing the one bathroom which was fine, I just felt like we got less than we anticipated due to the logistics of getting up and down with possibly wet feet or late night sleepiness. Another slight con was this area, while clearly in a very upscale location, had restaurants more suited for tourists; lower quality higher priced. We had to take Ubers into Roma Norte to find things a bit more our speed. We felt like the trade off for safety and comfort was worth it. There was a grocery store less than a block away from the apt which was great, and plenty of coffee shops and coffee vendors all around. The host was so helpful when we initially got confused with the lockbox situation and was easy to reach via text and Vrbo app. Totally recommend!

Fantastic location. Safe, convenient to parks, shops, Saturday market at Lincoln park, and so many good restaurants. OThe property was just as advertised and we really appreciated the washer/dryer and that Sebastian had a water purifier at the property. Thanks for the great stay and we look forward to returning!
