Great place! Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and nice to have 24/7 security. Area by Ciudadela was sketchy late at night but otherwise lovely. Bathroom could use an additional light over the mirror.

The duplex was more than we imagined. Perfect styling in a characterful building. The management were very attentive and answered any questions swiftly. The property is also in a great location.

Well appointed apartment in downtown. Super clean and different areas to work or chill at either the living room, and two terraces outside the bedroom. Walking distance to couple cafes and restaurants.

Great location new and beautifully decorated complex and building. Just beware that there’s no elevator so you’re gonna have to carry your luggage somewhere between 2-3 floors. Everything else we really enjoyed and recommended staying.

The apartment is nicely laid out over two floors plus a great rooftop deck. Bonus: there’s a powder room on the main floor as well as full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The building is charming, with a lovely cafe on the ground floor. The two flights of stairs (no elevator) might be too much for anyone with mobility issues. The only suggestion would be to have the TV in the living room rather than the bedroom, but maybe that’s personal preference. Excellent value for the money.

Great stay

We were there for a week and half, loved our stay. The place is modern, clean, and well equipped. We loved the private rooftop, the spacious bathroom, fast wifi, and beautiful building/lobby. The location is a little noisy since you are right next to a school and a an outdoor park theater, but nothing that was too hard to manage. Would definitely book again!

8 night stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is well located and looks just like the pictures. The host was extremely responsive. Bed is comfy, but the bedroom does get warm, the host went out of their way to get us an additional fan. There is a local market a few blocks away, easy to get taxis, and lovely Cafe Donde just below the apartments. We would absolutely stay again!

Amazing place! Stayed for 6 nights and loved it. The apartment is as advertised and looks exactly like the photos! Apartment is well located and is in walkable distance to various popular CDMX locations and a metro station. The neighborhood felt safe and generally pretty quiet besides the general city noise and music playing from the park across the street on weekends but nothing major. The building is guarded by a doorperson and doors are locked after a certain hour in the evening and accessed by ring camera doorbell. The host was very responsive and super helpful with checking in late in the evening. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Mexico City!

Would Stay Here Again

Excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone. The apartment looks exactly as advertised and was a great and affordable stay. Neighborhood is very safe and the entrance to the building is guarded well by security, but you do need to walk a little to get to any popular areas/restaurants (outside of the 3-4 nearby on the corner). The downstairs bakery/café is a huge plus for quick & easy breakfasts. There's only one fan and the apartment definitely got hot by the end of the day, but it was manageable. My only recommendation would be to get better, newer towels--these felt very scratchy/sharp.

Our stay was fantastic! The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like. This vacation rental was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! The decor is beautiful and there is lots of space. The shower is very nice with great water pressure and the bed is very comfortable. The host also provided everything we needed, extra toilet paper, shampoo and some drinking water to start out with. The building has 24/7 security and even on a day where were picked up very early, the guard waited with us by the door until our ride arrived. We had some problems with the internet and the host organized repair right away, even having someone come over on a Friday evening to look at the router. It was fixed at that moment but a few days later had the same problem again. However, that was towards the end of our stay and we just informed the host again. I think the router may require replacing. Any other questions we had were also answered in a timely manner by the host. The location of the apartment was perfect. The cafe downstairs is an added bonus. There are a number of great taco stands (try Best Tacos Mexico City!!) and restaurants in the neighborhood. We walked a fair amount all over Centro and also took public transport. We left a transit card with 50Pesos credit remaining on the kitchen table, in the hopes that it may give future guests a head start. The card can easily be reloaded at bus stations. Highly recommend this rental! It is the BEST!

Tout étaient parfait nous sommes très satisfait.L’appartement très propre et bien situé.Propreté extérieur sans reproche ainsi que le jardin.Les commerces accessibles.Les commerces du complexe très apprécié en particulier Café Dondé merci à Véronique la propriétaire gentille qui nous a recommandé des endroits à visiter et le petit resto.Le seul bémol l’escalier intérieur menant à la terrasse il devrait y avoir une rampe.Je suis tombé dans l’escalier mais heureusement je ne me suis pas blessé.Nous avons apprécié la sécurité à l’entrée de complexe.Nous avons aimé notre voyage et surtout la gentillesse des mexicains.
