Es un departamento pequeño compartido con otros huéspedes (hay tres recámaras disponibles para la renta), muy tranquilo, sin ruidos exteriores ideal para descansar y/o trabajar desde casa. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios básicos, platos, vasos y tazas, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, microondas, cafetera, agua embotellada, nevera, estufa y barra para comer. También dispone de plancha para ropa.
No tiene sala pero si un patio interno lleno de plantas, muy acogedor ideal para tomar una taza de café en las mañanas o un rico té en las tardes y hacer tertulia con los otros huéspedes. El Internet es de alta velocidad. El baño aunque es compartido siempre está impecable.
La recámara es de 16 metros cuadrados, la cama es tamaño matrimonial muy confortable, cuenta con una pantalla plana de TV con Roku, escritorio y con espacio para colgar tu ropa. Te facilitamos toallas, ropa de cama, una colcha extra para el frío , ventilador, papel higiénico, shampoo y jabón que se encuentra en un dispensador en el área de la ducha.
La zona está increíble, repleta de restaurantes de gastronomía nacional e internacional apta para todos los gustos y presupuestos. Tenemos muchos supermercados (el más cercano está a media cuadra), tiendas de autoservicio abiertas las 24 horas, cafés, farmacias, comercios variados, un mercadito con productos frescos y económicos, Bancos, taxis de sitio y transporte público en las esquinas, parques donde hacer ejercicios y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, Iglesia y a máximo 10 minutos caminando del WTC pues nos separan 5 pequeñas cuadras de la Avenida Insurgentes donde encuentras casinos y muchas otras clases de diversión para bailar, cantar y ver espectáculos! La zona realmente es bastante segura y tranquila con vigilancia frecuente por ser una zona de Bancos.
