Ambiente 100% familiar, excelente ubicación, seguridad 24hs, muy bien comunicada, trasporte público económico, ideal para viajes de trabajo, turismo, estudiantes, Wifi 200mb, área de trabajo, TV, Estudios Churubusco 50 metros, metro General Anaya 3min, tiendas de autoservicio, accesible a todas las zonas turísticas, vivirás la experiencia en zona residencial antigua, podrás relajarte en el jardín, el huésped titular debe alojarse e identificarse a su llegada, no se aceptan reservas de terceros.
El alojamiento
El alojamiento es bastante acogedor, esta recién remodelado y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia agradable, estamos siempre pendientes de las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes, hay un segundo piso donde posiblemente pueda escucharse pasos de las personas que habitan arriba cuando caminan, después de las 11 pm se solicita silencio para descanso.

El acceso a los huéspedes es una entrada totalmente independiente, por lo que no hay interacción con nadie, únicamente si se hace uso del estacionamiento habrá que compartirlo con las personas que viven ahí, no hay escalones para el acceso a la casa, hay una rampa amplia de concreto para necesidades especiales

La casa cuenta con un jardín en este jardín se encuentra un árbol bastante alto que en algunas temporadas del año tira mucha hoja
